تبیین مولفه های تاثیرگذار بر بهبود عملکرد و خدمات رسانی مطلوب کلانتری های شهربجنورد

زمینه وهدف:توجه به کیفیت خدمات وبهبود عملکرد و مولفه های تاثیر گذار و ارتقاء آن نیز از جمله نکات الزامی و با اهمیت در سازمان ها است چرا که بهبود کیفیت خدمات در این دنیای متحول ، تنها یک برنامه خاص نیست بلکه کیفیت یک برنامه دائمی و مستمراست. در واقع کیفیت خدمات با شناخت ذینفعان و افرادی آغاز می شود که سازمان برای بهبود کیفیت خدمات به آن نیازمند است سپس به وسیله مدیران، فضای بهبود یافته برای این افراد حفظ و نگهداری می شود.طرح مکنا با هدف دستیابی به اهداف سازمانی پلیس و ارتقای کیفیت و رضایتمندی مردم از پلیس می باشد.روش شناسی: تحقیق حاضر ازنظرهدف کاربردی است و از لحاظ ماهیت و روش توصیفی تحلیلی وپیمایشی است.ازآنجا که طرح مکنا درکلیه کلانتریهای شهر بجنورد اجرا گردیده است.لذا جامعه این تحقیق کلیه کارکنان وبعضا مراجعه کنندگان به کلانتریهای شهربجنورد می باشد.حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول مورگان برای جمعیت مراجعه کننده شهربجنوردحدود1000نفر پیش بینی شده است.ولیکن برای بالا بردن دقت پژوهش درحجم نمونه براساس جدول مورگان278 نفر در نظر گرفته و اعضای نمونه را از میان مراجعین به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب و پرسشنامه تکمیل می شود.یافته ها: .یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهد که متغیر بهسازی وخوشایند سازی محیط،اصلاح فرایندها،الگوسازی رفتاری پلیس و خلاقیت و نوآوری در بهبود عملکرد و خدمات رسانی مطلوب کلانتری های شهر بجنورد تاثیر گذار است.نتیجه گیری:با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده از تحلیل رگرسیون و باتوجه به سطح معنادار(0.000) وبه این علت که میزان آن از 0.05کمتر است می توان به طور کلی بیان کرد که مدل رگرسیونی معنادار است ودر نتیجه بین متغیر مستقل(بهسازی وخوشایند سازی محیط،اصلاح فرایندها،الگوسازی رفتاری پلیس و خلاقیت و نوآوری) ومتغیر وابسته(بهبود عملکرد وخدمات رسانی مطلوب)رابطه معناداری وجود دارد.

explaining the influencing factors on performance improvement and optimal service provision of police stations in bojnourd

background and aim: paying attention to the quality of services and improving the performance and its effective components is also essential and important in organizations, because improving the quality of services in this changing world is not just a specific program, but the quality of a permanent and continuous program. in fact, the quality of services begins with recognizing the stakeholders and people that the organization needs to improve the quality of services and then is maintained by managers, the improved space for these people the project aims to achieve the organizational goals of the police and to improve the quality and satisfaction of the public from the police.methodology: the present study is applied in terms of purpose and is descriptive and analytical and survey. since the makena project has been implemented in all the districts of bojnourd. therefore, the population of this research is all employees and sometimes referred to the police stations of bojnourd. the sample size is predicted by using morgan table for the population of bojnourd city referring to about 1000 people to increase the accuracy of the research, 278 people were selected based on morgan's table, and the sample members were selected from among the clients by simple random sampling and the questionnaire was completed.. results: the findings of the research show that the variables of environment improvement, modification of processes, police behavioral modeling, creativity and innovation are effective in improving the performance and optimal service delivery of police stations in bojnourd city..conclusion: according to the results of regression analysis and considering the significance level (0.000) and because it is less than 0.05, it can be stated that regression model is significant and consequently there is a significant relationship between independent variable (improvement and pleasantness of environment, process modification, police behavioral modeling, creativity and innovation) and dependent variable (performance improvement and desirable services)
