ارایه الگوی تحول دیجیتال در فرایند آموزش (مورد مطالعه: دانشگاه هوایی شهید ستاری)

زمینه و هدف: ظهور فناوری های نوین عرصه آموزش را نیز دچار تحول و دگرگونی کرده است و امروزه مراکز آموزشی به دنبال بهره گیری از این فناوری ها در جهت ارتقای کیفیت خدمات آموزشی و اثربخشی آن هستند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارایه مدل تحول دیجیتال در فرایند آموزش در دانشگاه هوایی شهید ستاری انجام شده است. روش شناسی: نوع پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت تحقیق، توصیفی است. به لحاظ نوع داده‌ها پژوهشی آمیخته است. جامعه آماری تحقیق در بخش کیفی شامل 10 نفر از خبرگان دانشگاه بود که با روش نمونه‌گیری غیر‌احتمالی قضاوتی و هدفمند انتخاب شدند و در بخش کمی شامل کلیه کارکنان حوزه آموزش دانشگاه بودند که تعداد 154 نفر براساس فرمول کوکران به عنوان نمونه تعیین و با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای گردآوری داده‌ها در بخش کیفی شامل مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختار یافته و در بخش کمی نیز پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته بود. روش تحلیل داده‌ها در بخش کیفی شامل تحلیل مضمون و در بخش کمی نیز دیمتل فازی جهت رتبه بندی ابعاد و مولفه‌های مدل بود. یافته ها: یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از شناسایی مدل تحول دیجیتال در فرایند آموزش در قالب توسعه استراتژی تحول دیجیتال(با 4 شاخص)، طرح‌ ریزی استراتژی تحول دیجیتال(با 4 شاخص)، همسویی سازمانی تحول دیجیتال (با 3 شاخص) و طرح ریزی عملیات تحول دیجیتال(با 3 شاخص) آن است. نتایج: تحقق تحول دیجیتال در آموزش مستلزم تدوین یک برنامه تحولی است که نیازمند تدوین استراتژی ها و پیاده سازی آن در قالب برنامه های عملیاتی است.

presenting the digital transformation model in the education process (study case: virtual education center of shahid sattari air university)

background and purpose: the emergence of new technologies has also transformed the field of education, and today educational centers seek to use these technologies to improve the quality of educational services and their effectiveness. the current research was conducted with the aim of presenting a digital transformation model in the education process in the virtual education center of shahid sattari air university.methodology: the type of research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of the nature of the research. it is a mixed research in terms of the type of data. the statistical population of the research in the qualitative part included 10 university experts who were selected by non-probability judgmental and purposeful sampling method, and in the quantitative part it included all the employees of the university education field, which numbered 154 people as a sample and using the method simple random sampling was chosen. the data collection tools in the qualitative part included semi-structured interviews, and in the quantitative part, researcher-made questionnaires. the method of data analysis in the qualitative part included thematic analysis, and in the quantitative part, the fuzzy dematel was used to rank the dimensions and components of the model.findings: the research findings indicate the identification of the digital transformation model in the education process in the form of developing a digital transformation strategy (with 4 indicators), planning a digital transformation strategy (with 4 indicators), organizational alignment of digital transformation (with 3 indicators) and it is the planning of digital transformation operations (with 3 indicators).conclusion: the realization of digital transformation in education requires the formulation of a transformation plan that requires formulation of strategies and its implementation in the form of operational plans.
