پویایی تسهیم دانش به‌مثابه توسعه و تحول سازمان‌های پلیس در هزاره سوم

تسهیم دانش یکی از مهمترین و اساسی‌ترین رویکردهای مدیریت دانش در سازمان هاست که در عصر کنونی پیشرفت‌ها و تحولات چشمگیری همراه بوده است. سازمان‌های پلیس نیز از این امر مستثنی نبوده و نیاز است تا نظام‌ها و ساز و کارهای تسهیم دانش خود را به گونه‌ای سامان دهند که توسعه و تحول آینده پیش روی‌شان را رقم بزنند. هدف پژوهش کنونی، بررسی نقش مهم و حیاتی پویایی تسهیم دانش در توسعه و تحول سازمان‌های پلیس در عصر کنونی (هزاره سوم) است که با استفاده از جدیدترین الگو به بررسی این مهم می‌پردازد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی بوده و با استفاده از روش تحقیق پیمایش، به بررسی موضوع می‌پردازد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل خبرگان تحقیقاتی و دانشگاهی نیروی انتظامی جمهوری اسلامی ایران هستند که با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌‌ای، 32 نفر برای پاسخگویی به پرسش های پژوهش انتخاب شدند. تحلیل های آماری در بستر نرم افزار spss26 و smartpls3 انجام شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که مولفه اعتماد بین فردی مهم‌ترین عاملِ پویایی تسهیم دانش در ایجاد توسعه و تحول در سازمان‌های پلیس است. از نتایج تحقیق کنونی می‌‌توان به نقش مهم و اساسی مولفه‌های پویایی تسهیم دانش در توسعه و تحول سازمان‌های پلیس اشاره کرد که می‌تواند در زمینه انتقال و اشتراک دانش به صورت فردی، بین فردی، گروهی، سازمانی و بین سازمانی در سازمان‌های پلیس موثر باشند و بر انگیزه افراد و در نتیجه پویایی تسهیم دانش تاثیر بگذارند.

The Dynamics of Knowledge Sharing as a Development and Evolution of Police Organizations in the Third Millennium

Knowledge sharing is one of the most important and basic approaches to knowledge management in organizations that has made significant progress and changes in the current era. Police organizations are no exception, and need to organize their knowledge-sharing systems and mechanisms to determine their future development. The purpose of this study is to investigate the important and vital role of knowledge sharing dynamics in the development and evolution of police organizations in the present era (third millennium), which uses the latest model to examine this important issue. The present research is of applied type and investigates the subject using survey research method. The statistical population of the study includes research and academic experts of the police force of the Islamic Republic of Iran who were selected using stratified sampling to answer the research questions. Research findings show that the component of &interpersonal trust& is the most important factor in the dynamics of knowledge sharing in creating development and transformation in police organizations. From the results of the present study, we can point to the important and fundamental role of dynamic components of knowledge sharing in the development and evolution of police organizations that can be effective in transferring and sharing knowledge individually, interpersonal, team, organizational and inter-organizational in police organizations. And affect the motivation of individuals and consequently the dynamics of knowledge sharing.
