عوامل موثر بر عملکرد کاری پلیس با نگاهی به تصمیم گیری حکیمانه

افسران پلیس در ایجاد و حفظ آرامش جامعه نقش مهمی دارند که عوامل مختلفی بر عملکرد آنان اثرگذار است. از خودگذشتگی، کنترل خشم و تصمیم‌گیری صحیح و رویکرد مناسب آنها می‌تواند خیلی از مشکلات در این زمینه را حل کند. نوعی از تصمیم‌گیری صحیح، روش تصمیم‌گیری حکیمانه است که می‌تواند متاثر از خودشیفتگی و کنترل خشم باشد و منجر به قضاوت صحیح و پیامدهای مثبت شود. هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی تاثیر خودشیفتگی و کنترل خشم بر تصمیم‌گیری حکیمانه و اثر آنها بر عملکرد کاری افسران پلیس است. جامعه آماری ستاد فرماندهی نیروی انتظامی یکی از شهرستانهای غرب کشور است که 120 افسر پلیس به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه استفاده شد. روایی پرسشنامه از طریق نظر خبرگان و پایایی از طریق آلفای کرونباخ تایید شد. فرضیه‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار لیزرل مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد خودشیفتگی بر کنترل خشم و تصمیم‌گیری حکیمانه افسران پلیس اثر منفی و معنادار دارد. کنترل خشم بر تصمیم‌گیری حکیمانه افسران پلیس اثر مثبت و معنادار دارد. کنترل خشم و تصمیم‌گیری حکیمانه بر عملکرد کاری افسران پلیس اثر مثبت و معنادار دارد. در کل نتایج حاکی از آن بود که افراد باید در مواجه با موقعیتهای کاری در وهله اول بتوانند خشم خود را کنترل کرده و همچنین با قضاوت صحیح، منطقی و اخلاق‌مداری ناشی از حکمت، تصمیم مناسبی را اتخاذ نمایند.

Factors Affecting On Work Performance Of The Police Officers By Looking At Wise Decisions

Police officers have an important role in tranquillity preservation of the society, and many factors affect an their performance. Selfdenial, anger control, right decision and their right approach can solve many social problems. An appropriate decision is wise decisionmaking process that can be affected by narcissism and anger control and leads to judgment and positive outcomes. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of narcissism and anger in wise decisions and ultimately their impact on work performance of police officers. Research method was descriptive and correlational. Statistical society was the population of all police officers in one of the cities in west of country, that 120 police officers were selected as sample. A questionnaire was used for gathering data. Validity of questionnaire by experts and reliability was confirmed by Cronbach’s alpha. Check hypotheses using LISREL software were analyzed. The results of this study showed that narcissism has negative and significant effect on anger control and police officers wise decision. Anger control has a positive and significant effect on wise decisionmaking of police officers. Anger control and wise decisions has a positive and significant effect on work performance of police officers. Police officer need to in the face of work situations, in the first place to be able to control their anger and as well as with right and logical judgment and ethical caused by wisdom, take the appropriate decision.
