کارکرد شبکه‌های اجتماعی مجازی در توسعه سازمان پلیس

شبکه‌های اجتماعی برخط و فضای مجازی به عنوان یکی از بسترهای زندگی اجتماعی و سازمانی قلمداد می‌شوند که بیشتر خدمات، عملیات و فعالیت‌ها از طریق این بستر انجام می‌شود. پلیس به عنوان سازمانی که هدف آن؛ استقرار نظم و امنیت وتامین آسایش فردی و عمومی در کشور است، برای دستیابی به اهداف و اولویت‌های سازمانی، ناگزیر است از فضای مجازی به صورت گسترده استفاده نماید. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی تاثیر کارکردهای شبکه‌های اجتماعی مجازی بر توسعه سازمان پلیس انجام شده است.در این پژوهش، توسعه سازمان پلیس در ابعاد (خدمات انتظامی و عملیات انتظامی) و کارکردهای شبکه‌های اجتماعی مجازی در ابعاد؛ (مشارکتی، ارتباطی و اطلاعاتی) بررسی شده است. این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ مسیر، توصیفی از نوع پیمایش است. داده ها از طریق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته از جامعه آماری کارکنان ستاد ناجا با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای به تعداد 310 نفر نمونه، جمع آوری شده است. از طریق آزمون رگرسیون ساده رابطه بین متغیر مستقل (کارکرد فضای مجازی) و متغیر وابسته (توسعه سازمانی پلیس) بررسی و میزان تاثیرپذیری متغیر وابسته از متغیر مستقل بدست آمده‌است.نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد؛ کارکردهای شبکه‌های اجتماعی مجازی بر توسعه سازمان پلیس تاثیر دارد. کارکرد اطلاعاتی، کارکرد ارتباطی و کارکرد مشارکتی شبکه‌های اجتماعی مجازی بر توسعه عملیات انتظامی تاثیر دارند و بیشترین تاثیر را کارکرد مشارکتی بر توسعه عملیات انتظامی دارد. کارکرد ارتباطی و کارکرد مشارکتی بر توسعه خدمات انتظامی تاثیر دارند و کارکرد اطلاعاتی شبکه‌های اجتماعی مجازی بر توسعه خدمات انتظامی تاثیر ندارد.

The role of virtual social networks in organizational development of policing agencies

Online social networks and cyberspace are considered as one of the social platforms through which most services, operations and activities are performed. The police, as an organization that aims to establish order and security and ensure individual and Community safety, in order to achieve organizational goals and priorities, is obliged to use cyberspace extensively. In this research, organizational development of the policing agencies was examined in two dimensions (namely law enforcement services and law enforcement operations); and the roles of virtual social networks were investigated in three dimensions (namely participatory, communication and information) have been investigated. This an applied and descriptive research type.Data were collected through a researchermade questionnaire from the statistical population of Iran’s police staff using 310 cluster random sampling method. Through simple regression test, the relationship between the independent variable (cyberspace function) and the dependent variable (police organizational development) has been investigated and the degree of influence of the dependent variable on the independent variable has been obtained.The results show that the functions of virtual social networks affect the organizational development of policing agencies. The information, communication and participatory function of virtual social networks have an impact on the development of law enforcement operations, and the participatory function has the greatest impact on the development of law enforcement operations. Communication and participatory functions affect the development of law enforcement services and the information function of virtual social networks does not affect the development of law enforcement services
