تحلیل رویکرد جامعه‌محوری پلیس در توسعه ناجا

زمینه و هدف: ناجا برای توسعه سازمان خود و استقرار نظم و امنیت و تامین آسایش فردی و عمومی جامعه، در دو دهه‌ی اخیر رویکرد جامعه‌محوری را در کنار سایر رویکردهای پلیسی برای رسیدن به اهداف خود تعیین کرده‌است، هم اکنون شناخت زمینه‌ها و ویژگی‌ها این رویکرد و فهم پیامدهای این رویکرد در توسعه ناجا هدف اصلی این پژوهش است. روش پژوهش: پژوهش از لحاظ هدف بنیادی است و از لحاظ مسیر؛ تحقیقی کیفی از نوع روش پدیده‌نگاری است. خبرگان و صاحب‌نظران پلیس دارای سابقه خدمت، دانش، تجربه و تحصیلات مناسب و کافی، جامعه آماری را تشکیل می‌دهند. در این پژوهش تعداد 20 نفر از جامعه آماری به عنوان نمونه از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند اطلاعات محور، انتخاب شده‌اند. جمع‌آوری اطلاعات و داده‌ها از طریق ابزار مصاحبه بی‌ساخت و ژرفانگر انجام شده‌است. داده‌ها و اطلاعات با تکنیک تحلیل محتوای کیفی تجزیه وتحلیل شده‌اند. یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج تحلیل محتوای کیفی نشان می‌دهد؛ زمینه‌های گرایش ناجا به سمت رویکرد جامعه‌محوری پلیس دارای ابعاد؛ 1) اجتماعی، 2) اقتصادی، 3) اندیشه‌ای گفتمانی و 4) قانونی مدیریتی‌ هستند و ویژگی‌های رویکرد جامعه‌محوری پلیس در ناجا دارای سه بخش نظام‌مند و وابسته‌به‌هم؛ 1) شناختی، 2) سیاست‌گذاری و برنامه‌ریزی و 3) عملیاتی است و پیامدهای این رویکرد در عرصه‌ی اجتماعی و عرصه‌ی سازمانی در توسعه ناجا قابل فهم است

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of resistance economy on the feeling of social security of the citizens of Doroudi city. The theoretical framework of this research has been compiled with emphasis on the theories of Parsons, Durkheim, Marx Merten and others.This research was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of descriptivesurvey method. Questionnaire was used to collect information. According to the statistical population, 377 people over 18 years of age in Dorud city by cluster sampling method to Sample research was selected and examined. Approved.Or the fatwas showed that there is a significant relationship between the resistance economy and its components (support for national production, reform of consumption pattern, economic justice, economic stability) and the feeling of social security. About 29% of the changes in the dependent variable of the study are predicted by the independent variables present in the study. The results of regression analysis also showed that the value of the attitude variable coefficient to support national production is 38, for the attitude variable to economic stability is 0.191, for the variable attitude towards the correction of consumption pattern is 0.9, the attitude attitude towards economic justice is 0.49.
