بررسی رابطه بین مدیریت دانش و پدافند غیرعامل با توجه به نقش میانجی یکپارچگی سیستم های اطلاعاتی (مطالعه موردی: فرماندهی انتظامی استان مازندران)

پژوهش حاضر به بررسی رابطه بین مدیریت دانش و پدافند غیرعامل با توجه به نقش میانجی یکپارچگی سیستم های اطلاعاتی می پردازد. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ نوع هدف، کاربردی و از نظر نوع روش، توصیفی پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق کلیه کارکنان ستاد فرماندهی انتظامی استان مازندران به تعداد 480 نفر می باشد. حجم نمونه مطابق جدول کرجسی و مورگان 214 نفر تعیین و برای نمونه گیری از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده استفاده شد. جهت گرد آوری داده ها، از پرسشنامه های مدیریت دانش پاتریک و سونیا(2009)، پدافند غیرعامل محقق ساخته، یکپارچگی سیستم های اطلاعاتی فانگ و همکاران(2006) استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با روش معادلات ساختاری با نرم افزار لیزرل انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین مدیریت دانش و یکپارچگی سیستمهای اطلاعاتی رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد. بین یکپارچگی سیستم های اطلاعاتی و پدافند غیرعامل رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد. بین مدیریت دانش و پدافند غیر عامل رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد. بین مدیریت دانش و پدافند غیرعامل با توجه به نقش میانجی یکپارچگی سیستم های اطلاعاتی رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد.

Investigating the relationship between knowledge management and passive defense with respect to the mediating role of information systems integration (Case study: Disciplinary Command of Mazandaran Province)

The present study investigates the relationship between knowledge management and passive defense with respect to the mediating role of information systems integration. The present study was applied in terms of purpose type and descriptivesurvey in terms of method. The statistical population of the study is all employees of the police headquarters of Mazandaran province, 480 people. The sample size was 214 according to Krejcie and Morgan table and simple random sampling method was used for sampling. To collect data, Patrick and Sonia (2009) Knowledge Management Questionnaire, researchermade passive defense questionnaire, Fang et al. (2006) information systems integration questionnaire were used. Data analysis was performed by structural equation method with LISREL software. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between knowledge management and the integration of information systems. There is a significant relationship between the integrity of information systems and passive defense. There is a significant relationship between knowledge management and passive defense. There is a significant relationship between knowledge management and passive defense due to the mediating role of information systems integration.
