بررسی اشتغال دانشجویان وظیفه در مشاغل تخصصی مرتبط و ارائه راهکارها با رویکرد اقتصاد مقاومتی (مطالعه موردی: یک سازمان نظامی)

مسئله اصلی مطالعه پیش رو بررسی اشتغال دانشجویان وظیفه یک سازمان نظامی در مشاغل تخصصی مرتبط و ارائه راهکارها با رویکرد اقتصاد مقاومتی می‌باشد. اهداف پژوهش بررسی اشتغال دانشجویان وظیفه در مشاغل تخصصی مرتبط، احصاء چالش‌های پیش روی در خصوص اشتغال دانشجویان وظیفه در مشاغل تخصصی مرتبط، ارائه راهکارهای کاربردی به‌منظور رفع چالش‌ها، تحلیل اقتصاد مقاومتی در ارتباط با اشتغال دانشجویان می‌باشد. تحقیق حاضر با توجه به اهداف آن از نوع کاربردی می‌باشد. با توجه به تقسیم‌بندی برحسب روش تحقیق، پژوهش حاضر بر اساس روش‌های توصیفی پیمایشی صورت خواهد گرفت. بر مبنای نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها و نوع روش، تحقیق حاضر تحلیل همبستگی است که اطلاعات آماری با اسناد و مدارک سازمانی گردآوری‌شده و نقش اشتغال دانشجویان وظیفه سازمان نظامی در مشاغل تخصصی مرتبط موردبررسی و کاوش قرار می‌گیرد. یافته‌ها و نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان می‌دهد، متغیرهای مستقل شناسایی چارت سازمانی، نیازمندی‌های سازمان، تعداد نیروی موردنیاز بر اساس رشته، سطح بهره‌وری و دانش افراد، توجیه صحیح و آموزش کافی به دانشجویان وظیفه، ایجاد انگیزه کافی در امور آتی در میان دانشجویان وظیفه بر متغیر وابسته‌ی به‌کارگیری در شغل‌های تخصصی تاثیر بسزایی دارد.

Investigating the Employment of Students in Occupational Careers and Providing Solutions with the Resistance Economics Approach (Case Study: A Military Organization)

The main issue of the current study is the study of student employment by the task of a military organization in related occupations and providing solutions with a resilient economy approach. Research Goals Investigate the employment of student students in related specialized occupations, review the challenges faced by students in assigning specialized occupations, providing practical solutions to the challenges, analyzing resilient economics in relation to student employment. The present research, in view of its objectives, is of a practical nature. According to the division according to the research method, the present study will be based on descriptivesurvey methods. Based on the data collection method and the type of method, the research is a correlation analysis. Statistical information collected with organizational documents and the role of employment of students of the military organization in the related specialized occupations is investigated. Findings and results of this study indicate that independent variables of organization chart identification, organization requirements, number of required forces based on discipline, level of utilization and knowledge of individuals, correct justification and adequate training for students, creation of sufficient motivation in future affairs among students The job has a significant impact on the dependent variable in employing specialized jobs.
