تشکیلات سازمانی ناجا و حمایت کیفری-پلیسی از مالکیت فکری

یکی از شاخص‌ها‌ی توسعه و رشد یک کشور، امنیت آن کشور از جوانب مختلف آن مانندِ امنیت اقتصادی، سیاسی، اجتماعی و سلامت است. حمایت کیفری – پلیسی از حقوق مالکیت فکری می‌تواند به نحو موثری شاخص‌ ها‌ی امنیت را در هر کشوری ارتقاء بخشد. به جهت این‌که در مقررات جاری کشور حمایت کاملی از تمامی ‌مصادیق تولیدات فکری صورت نمی‌گیرد. لذا مقاله حاضر، از نوع کاربردی بوده که با استفاده از اسناد و منابع کتابخانه‌ای به روش توصیفی – تحلیلی، تاثیر حمایت کیفری پلیسی از مالکیت فکری بر شاخص‌ های مهم امنیت را بررسی کرده و جایگاه نیروی انتظامی در اجرای این مهم را تبیین می‌کند. به موجب نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش، مراجع ذی‌صلاح بایستی به منظور تقویت حمایت از مالکیت فکری، در دو بّعد قانون‌گذاری و اجرایی، نسبت به جرم‌انگاری برخی رفتارهای مخاطره‌ آمیز و نیز ایجاد تشکیلات سازمانی در نیروی انتظامی اقدام نمایند.
