طراحی الگوی معماری سازمانی در نظام آموزشی عالی (الکترونیک-مجازی) با استفاده از رویکرد ساختاری تفسیری

این پژوهش با هدف طراحی الگوی معماری سازمانی در نظام آموزش عالی انجام پذیرفت. پژوهش حاضر بر پایه پژوهش‌های آمیخته و به شکل کمی و کیفی در پارادایم قیاسی استقرایی است که از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت و روش آمیخته است. جامعه آماری پژوهش هم در بخش کیفی و هم در بخش کمی شامل خبرگان متشکل از مدیران عالی نظام آموزشی کشور می‌باشند که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و برمبنای اصل کفایت نظری 30 نفر از آنها به عنوان اعضای نمونه انتخاب گردید. ابزارگردآوری داده‌ها در بخش کیفی مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته است که روایی و پایایی آن به ترتیب با استفاده از روایی محتوا و پایایی درون کدگذار و برون کدگذار تایید شد. از طرفی در بخش کمی از پرسشنامه برای گردآوری داده‌ها استفاده شد که که روایی و پایایی آن با استفاده از روایی محتوا و آزمون مجدد مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. در بخش کیفی پژوهش داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار اطلس. تی و رویکرد کدگذاری مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت و شاخص‌ها و مولفه‌های معماری سازمانی در نظام آموزش عالی به دست آمد. در نهایت در بخش کمی با استفاده از رویکرد ساختاری تفسیری مدل نهایی پژوهش تدوین گردد. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که مدل ارائه شده شامل شناسایی 22شاخص معماری سازمانی در نظام آموزش عالی که در پنج سطح و در قالب مدل نهایی تدوین شده است.

Designing organizational architecture model in the higher education system (electronicvirtual) using a structuralinterpretive approach

This study was conducted with the aim of designing a model of organizational architecture in the higher education system. The present study is based on mixed research and quantitatively and qualitatively in the deductiveinductive paradigm, which is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of nature and method. The statistical population of the study, both in the qualitative and in the quantitative part, includes experts consisting of senior managers of the country’s education system who use purposive sampling method and based on the principle of theoretical adequacy, 30 of them are selected as sample members Took. The data collection tool is a semistructured interview in the qualitative part of the interview, the validity and reliability of which were confirmed by content validity and internal and external coder reliability, respectively. On the other hand, in a small part of the questionnaire was used to collect data, the validity and reliability of which was assessed using content validity and retest. In the qualitative part of data research using Atlas software. The coding approach was analyzed and the indicators and components of organizational architecture in the higher education system were obtained. Finally, in the quantitative part, the final research model should be developed using a structuralinterpretive approach. Findings show that the proposed model includes the identification of 22 organizational architecture indicators in the higher education system, which has been developed in five levels and in the form of the final model.
