چکیده
|
ﻧﻮآوری ﺑﺴﺘﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻤﺮﮐﺰ درون ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ و ﺗﻔﺤﺺ داﺧﻠﯽ اﺷﺎره دارد و ﺑﺮ ﭘﯿﺸﺘﺎز ﺑﻮدن ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت اﻧﺤﺼﺎری ﺗﺄﮐﯿﺪ ﻣﯽ ﮐﻨﺪ. درﺻﻮرﺗﯽ ﮐﻪ ﻧﻮآوری ﺑﺎز ﺑﻪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از اﯾﺪه ﻫﺎی اﻓﺮاد و ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻫﺎی دﯾﮕﺮ در ﮐﻨﺎر اﯾﺪه داﺧﻠﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎ اﺷﺎره ﻣﯽ ﮐﻨﺪ و ﺑﺎ روﯾﮑﺮد ﻫﻤﮑﺎری و اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺗﻮاﻧﺎﯾﯽ دﯾﮕﺮ ﻣﺘﺨﺼﺼﺎن اﻋﻢ از اﻓﺮاد ﯾﺎ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﺳﻌﯽ در ﺑﺎز ﻧﻤﻮدن اﻓﻖ ﻫﺎی وﺷﻦ دارد. ﻫﺪف اﺻﻠﯽ اﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ، ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ اﻟﮕﻮی ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻧﻮآوری ﺑﺎز ﻣﺘﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻃﺮح ﻫﺎی ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎﺗﯽ در ﯾﮑﯽ از ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻫﺎی ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎﺗﯽ دﻓﺎﻋﯽ اﺳﺖ و ﻣﺘﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﺎ آن، ﭘﺮﺳﺶ اﺻﻠﯽ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎی اﻟﮕﻮ و ﻧﺤﻮه ارﺗﺒﺎط ﺑﯿﻦ آﻧﻬﺎﺳﺖ. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ ﭘﺲ از ﺑﯿﺎن ﺿﺮورت و اﺑﻌﺎد ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻧﻮآوری ﺑﺎز، ﺑﻪ ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻫﺎی ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﭘﺎﺳﺦ داده ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد و ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﭘﯿﺸﯿﻨﻪ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ و ﻧﻈﺮ ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن، اﻟﮕﻮی ﻣﻔﻬﻮﻣﯽ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، روش ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ و اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻃﯿﻒ ﻟﯿﮑﺮت ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺳﻨﺠﺶ رواﯾﯽ اﻟﮕﻮ از ﺗﺠﺎرب و ﻧﻈﺮات ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و داﻧﺸﮕﺎﻫﯽ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ و ﻃﯽ ﯾﮏ دوره دو ﻣﺎﻫﻪ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ، ﺗﻤﺎم اﺑﻌﺎد رواﯾﯽ از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ: رواﯾﯽ ﻣﺤﺘﻮاﯾﯽ و ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎی ﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑﺎ ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ اﻟﮕﻮی ﭘﯿﺸﻨﻬﺎدی در ﯾﮑﯽ از ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻫﺎی ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎﺗﯽ دﻓﺎﻋﯽ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار spss ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎی ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﺧﻄﺎی 0/05، آﻟﻔﺎی ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ 0/95 ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﺎﻻ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه از آزﻣﻮن t ﻧﯿﺰ ﻧﺸﺎن دﻫﻨﺪه ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪ ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎی ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﺷﺪه و اﻟﮕﻮی ﭘﯿﺸﻨﻬﺎدی ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺳﻪ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺑﺎ ﻋﻨﻮان اﻟﺰاﻣﺎت ﮔﺬر از ﻧﻮآوری ﺑﺴﺘﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺑﺎز ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻋﺒﺎرت اﻧﺪ از: آﻣﺎدﮔﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ، ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪی ﻫﺎی ﻣﺸﺎرﮐﺘﯽ ﻧﯿﺮوی اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ و ﻇﺮﻓﯿﺖ ﺟﺬب ﭘﺮوژه.

A model of Open Innovation Management in Accordance with the Research Projects Management (Case Study: research Organizations Sufficiency Nezsa)

Abstract
|
In today’s changing world there are various hypotheses, including the theory of closed innovation and in contrast the theory of open innovation to mention. Close Innovation focus within the organization and its internal investigation and the leading organization focused exclusively. While Open innovation it points to the ideas of other people and organizations within their organization’s ideas that definition of this hypothesis and with partnership approach and the use of other professionals such as the ability of individuals or organizations tried to open the clear horizons.The purpose of this paper is designed model tailored open innovation management is with management of research projects. So the expression aspect of open innovation management we was answered to research questions and according to the literature and expert opinion first conceptual model is designed. In this study was to assess the validity of the model by taking advantage of the experience and organizational and academic experts was used. During a twomonth period in all aspects of the validity of the questionnaire, including the content validity and indexes associated with the reliability of the proposed model in the research organization, selfNzsa calculated. With confidence of 0/05, 0/95 Cronbach’s alpha was obtained, which reflects the high reliability of the questionnaire and ttest results showed that the model was confirmed.
