ارتقای دارایی‌های معنوی نهادهای رسمی و غیررسمی با غنای اخلاقی سرمایۀ انسانی

مروزه از سرمایۀ انسانی به عنوان مهمترین دارایی برای پیشرفت نهادها، سازمان ها و شرکت ها یاد می شود؛ محققان دریافته اند توسعۀ اصالت فردی، زیربنای خودشکوفایی و نوآوری در اجتماع و بنیادگذار پیشرفت های چشم گیر فرهنگی و بالتبع مترقی سازِ صنعت، کارآفرینی و اقتصاد است. مهمترین راه تقویت سرمایۀ انسانی، ارتقاءدهی معنوی به افراد است. در این میان، اخلاق فاضل و نیکوی فرد اصیل، مهمترین عامل بروز و ظهور ایده های نوین افراد و به کارگیری عملی این نیروهاست. با توجه به این حقیقت، در پژوهش حاضر، به طور توصیفی و تحلیلی بیان می شود که چگونه می توان با تاکید بر فلسفۀ فردِ بااخلاق به عنوان سرمایه ای که اصالت از آن اوست، تحولات کلان اجتماعی، سیاستی و اقتصادی ایجاد کرد. توجه کاربردی به اصالت فردِ خلاق و اخلاق مداری، مزیت های رقابتی در نهادها ایجاد می کند، زیرا موجب کم‌رنگ شدن رذایل اخلاقی می شود و حتی قبل از قوانین، تضمین سلامت دستگاه اداری و زدودن فساد را حاصل می کند. در این میان نهادها، بستری برای ظهور و بروز استعدادهای نوآورانه و نقش آفرینی افراد اخلاق مدارِ اصیل در اجرای خط مشی های بالا به پایین و پایین به بالا هستند. نقش نهادهای رسمی در خدمت، ایجاد نظم و تهیۀ بستر سالم حمایتی برای فعالیت فرد اصیل و نهادهای غیررسمی به عنوان تسهیل گر تمرین اخلاق فاضله و اکرام و مشارکت بازیگران سطوح پایین تر بیان شده است که چگونه منجر به بروز نوآوری، فرهنگ شایسته سالاری، رفاه معیشتی و اقتصاد عدالت گرایانه خواهد شد.

Enhancement of Intangible (Immaterial) Assets in Formal and Informal Institutions by Virtue Enrichment of Human Capital

Abstract: Nowadays, human capital is considered as the most important asset for the development of institutions, organizations and firms. Researchers have found that enhancement of individual authenticity is the base for social improvement of spontaneous innovation, founding significant cultural progress and consequently influential industry, entrepreneurship and economy. Strengthening of human capital is obtained when individuals get enhanced spiritually. Indeed, virtue and moral ethics of the authentic individual is the most important factor for the emergence of idea novelty and pragmatic potentials of innovative forces. Applied approach to the authenticity of the creative individuals and ethics create competitive advantages in the institution, because it reduces moral vices and ensures the health of the administrative apparatus. In this article, we discuss (descriptively and interpretively) how an authentic individual, in the bed of institutions and by playing a role in the implementation of topdown and bottomup policies, can express his innovative talents in order to achieve major progress. Also, the role of formal institutions in serving, setting disciplines and providing a healthy supportive environment for the activities of the authentic individual as well as the role of informal institutions as facilitators of participation of lower level actors has been described. In the end, it is concluded that innovation, meritocracy, livelihood prosperity and economic justice can prevail through enhancing virtue enrichment of individuals.
