مکان یابی بنادر حاشیه سکونتگاه های شهری با نگرشی بر اصول پدافند غیرعامل (مطالعه موردی: بندر امیرآباد بهشهر)

بنادر کشور چرخاننده و تسریع کننده بخشی زیادی از اقتصاد کشور می باشند. بسیاری از تجهیزات، امکانات و محصولات غذایی از بنادر صادر و وارد می شود و نفت اصلی ترین منبع درآمد کشور از این بنادر (بنادر جنوبی بخاطر صادرات نفتی و متصل بودن به دریاهای آزاد از اهمیت و الویت بیشتری برخوردارند) صادر می گردد همچنین  با توجه به قرار گیری بنادر در خط ساحلی، بنادر خط مقدم مواجهه با تهدیدات و سلاح های دشمن بخصوص تهدیدات دریایی می باشند لذا لزوم اقدامات پدافند غیرعامل در مکان یابی و طراحی بنادر امری بدیهی به نظر می رسد تا کمترین تهدید و آسیب متوجه آنان گردد ودر صورت تهدید چرخه اقتصادی کشور تداوم داشته باشد. با توجه به تکنولوژی رو به جلوی دشمنان و دقت انواع سلاح های موجود، برای کاهش آسیب های محتمل بایستی از اقدامات مناسب، متناسب با نوع تهدید استفاده نمود. به طور با تقویت سیستم های حمل و نقل می توان بسیاری از فعالیت های جانبی بنادر را که شامل انبارداری و ترخیص کالا و غیره را که امروزه در نزدیکی بنادر صورت می گیرد به نقاط امن و با فاصله بیشتری، دور از برد سلاح های دشمن قرار داد. و همچنین با سایر روش های پیشنهاد شده در مکان یابی بنادر میزان آسیب پذیری را تقلیل داد. تهدیدات مورد مطالعه این تحقیق بر اساس توان هوایی و موشکی دشمن و تاکتیک های آنان در انهدام و تخریب تاسیسات حیاتی و حساس کشور در زمان جنگ می باشد و راهکارهای موجود برای اجرای پدافند غیرعامل تاسیسات بندری جهت کاهش خسارات، صدمات، تلفات انسانی، افزایش توان دفاعی و ادامه فعالیت در زمان تهدید دشمن صورت گرفته است. بندر امیرآباد بهشهر یکی از بنادر مهم و درحال توسعه در شمال کشور می باشد که ما با بررسی الزامات پدافند غیر عامل در بنادر می خواهیم میزان این اقدامات را در این بندر مورد بررسی قرار دهیم.
