عوامل موثر بر مشارکت اعضای شرکت های تعاونی روستایی در استان تهران (مطالعه موردی: تعاونی های شهرستان شهریار)

مقدمه: مشارکت روستاییان در انجام امور روستا نقش مهمی در توسعه روستا ایفا می نماید. بخش تعاون همگام با بخش اقتصاد خصوصی و دولتی در اقتصاد ملی، از الگوی بخش سوم اقتصاد در کنار دیگر نظریات توسعه به عنوان راهکارهایی در جهت اشتغال زایی و دستیابی به توسعه در روستاهای کشورهای در حال توسعه مدد گرفته می شود. شرکت های تعاونی تولید روستایی در اقتصاد کشور نقش مهمی را ایفا می کنند.هدف: هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، تعیین عوامل موثر بر مشارکت اعضای شرکت های تعاونی روستایی در شهرستان شهریار از استان تهران است.روش‌شناسی تحقیق: تحقیق حاضر با هدف سنجش میزان مشارکت روستاییان شرکت های تعاونی روستایی در شهرستان شهریار انجام گردید است. جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه 3000 نفر عضو شرکت تعاونی روستایی شهرستان شهریار است که در 56 روستای شهرستان بسر می برند. جامعه نمونه 345 عضو شرکت تعاونی بصورت تصادفی انتخاب شده است. داده های تحقیق با استفاده از مطالعات اسنادی و میدانی (پرسشنامه) جمع آوری شده است. برای اعتبار پرسشنامه از آلفای کرنباخ  استفاده شده که بیش از 83 درصد پرسشنامه  از این مدل  مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. قلمرو جغرافیایی پژوهش: قلمرو جغرافیایی این پژوهش، شهرستان شهریار در استان تهران است.یافته ها: یافته ها نشان داد که نخست، بین ویژگی های فردی، رضایت مندی، نگرش و مشارکت اعضای شرکت تعاونی با میزان موفقیت شرکت ارتباط معنی داری وجود دارد. سپس، متناسب با اندازه جمعیت روستاهای شهرستان شهریار، میزان مشارکت روستاییان درفعالیت های شرکت تعاونی بیشتر شده است. عوامل برون سازمانی (با میانیگن 2/99) نسبت به عوامل درون سازمانی (با میانگین 2/56) بر مشارکت اعضاء در شرکت های تعاونی روستایی تاثیر بیشتری داشته است. نتایج: این تحقیق نشان داد که در میزان مشارکت اعضای تعاونیهای شهریار برحسب نوع تعاونی تفاوت های اساسی دیده می شود. از سوی دیگر، بین عملکرد مالی شرکت های تعاونی و میزان مشارکت اعضاء در شرکت های تعاونی شهرستان شهریار رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد. به عبارت دیگر هر چه مدیریت شرکت های تعاونی با اصول و ارزش های تعاون، و نیز با قوانین و مقررات مرتبط با تعاونی ها آشنا باشند و از مهارت های ارتباطی، انسانی و ادراکی به بهترین وجه بهره گیرند، در ارتقای میزان مشارکت نقش مستقیم دارد.

effective factors of participation members of rural coopratives companies in tehran (case study: shahriar township)

introduction: the participation of villagers in carrying out village affairs plays an important role in the developmentof the village .the cooperative sector, in sync with the private and public economy sector in the national economy, issupported by the model of the third sector of the economy, along with other development theories, as solutions forcreating employment and achieving development in the villages of developing countries. rural productioncooperatives play an important role in the country's economy.research aim: the purpose of this research is to determine the effective factors on the participation of members ofrural cooperative companies in shahryar township of tehran province.methodology: the present research was conducted with the aim of measuring the participation of villagers in ruralcooperative companies in shahriar township. he statistical population under study is 3000 members of the ruralcooperative company of shahriar city, who live in 56 villages of the township. the sample population of 345members of the cooperative company was randomly selected. cronbach's alpha was used for the validity of thequestionnaire, and more than 83% of the questionnaires were analyzed using this model. in examining the researchvariables, the extent and manner of members' participation, and the internal and external success factors of ruralcooperative companies, as well as the level of members' satisfaction with the cooperative company, have beenemphasized.studied areas: the geographical territory of this research is shahriar city in tehran province.results: the findings showed that first, there is a significant relationship between the personal characteristics,satisfaction, attitude and participation of the members of the cooperative company with the success rate of thecompany. then, according to the size of the population of the villages of shahriar township, the participation of thevillagers in the activities of the cooperative company has increased. extra-organizational factors (with a mean of2.99) have had a greater impact on members' participation in rural cooperative companies than internal factors (with amean of 2.56)conclusion: this research showed that there are significant differences in the participation rate of shahriarcooperative members according to the type of cooperative. on the other hand, there is a significant relationshipbetween the financial performance of cooperative companies and the level of participation of members in thecooperative companies of shahriar township. in other words, as long as the management of cooperative companiesare familiar with the principles and values of cooperatives, as well as with the rules and regulations related tocooperatives and make the best use of communication, human and perceptive skills, it has a direct role in improvingthe level of participation.
