تحلیل موانع اقتصادی توسعه کارآفرینی گردشگری در مناطق روستایی با رویکرد ساختاری و نهادی (مطالعه موردی: دهستان زوارم، شهرستان شیروان)

مقدمه: امروزه دنیای اقتصاد، از اقتصاد مدیریت محور با مقیاس بزرگ به اقتصاد کارآفرین محور با مقیاس کوچک روی آورده است و کارآفرینی به خصوص در کسب و کارهای کوچک و متوسط به‌عنوان راهکاری برای سازاگاری با محیط متغیر پیرامون و نیروی محرکه اقتصاد شناخته شده است. به‌همین منظور این پژوهش با هدف تحلیل موانع اقتصادی توسعه کارآفرینی گردشگری نواحی روستایی انجام ‌شده که از لحاظ ماهیت و روش توصیفی تحلیلی و با توجه به اهداف کاربردی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش شامل افراد ساکن در روستاهای دهستان زوارم می‌باشد. در جمع‌آوری اطلاعات و داده‌ها از مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی (مشاهده و تکمیل پرسشنامه) استفاده ‌شده است، پس از جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از راه پرسشنامه، داده‌ها با استفاده از همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل مسیر مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که بین موانع اقتصادی با تغییر نهادی ساختاری با 0.235 درصد رابطه مستقیم وجود دارد، تا سطح 95 درصد معنادار می‌باشد، و موانع اقتصادی تاثیرگذار به حساب می‌آیند، این درحالی است که موانع اقتصادی (نارسایی تسهیلات اقتصادی، نارسایی نظام‌های حمایتی، شکاف عرضه و تقاضا، نارسایی هماهنگی و مشارکت اقتصادی، سیاست‌گذاری و قوانین) مهم‌ و تاثیرگذار به حساب می‌آیند، به‌گونه‌ای که شاخص نارسایی هماهنگی و مشارکت اقتصادی(0.388)، نارسایی نظام‌های حمایتی(0.281)، سیاست‌گذاری و قوانین(0.132) سه شاخصی هستند که از لحاظ تاثیرگذاری الویت‌های اول تا سوم را به خود اختصاص داده‌اند.با توجه به نتایج کسب شده، موانع اقتصادی به لحاظ اثرگذاری، تاثیرگذار و نامطلوب شناخته شده‌اند و باید در راستای توسعه کارآفرینی در نواحی روستایی تغییرات عمده‌ای در ساختار و نهاد حوزه‌های مختلف اقتصادی، صورت گیرد.

analysis of economic barriers to entrepreneurship development in rural areas with structural and institutional approach (case study: zoeram rural district, shirvan county)

abstract today, the world of economics has shifted from a large-scale management-oriented economy to a small-scale entrepreneurial economy, and entrepreneurship - especially in small and medium-sized businesses - is recognized as a way to adapt to the changing environment and driving force of the economy. therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the economic barriers to the development of tourism entrepreneurship in rural areas, which is in terms of nature and descriptive-analytical method and according to the practical objectives. the statistical population in this study includes people living in the villages of zavaram district. in collecting information and data, library and field studies (observation and completion of the questionnaire) were used. after collecting information through the questionnaire, the data were analyzed using pearson correlation and path analysis. the results showed that there is a direct relationship between economic barriers and structural institutional change with 0.235 percent, it is significant up to 95 percent, and economic barriers are considered effective, while economic barriers (failure of economic facilities, failure of support systems) , supply and demand gap, inadequacy of coordination and economic participation, policy-making and legislation) are important and influential, such as the index of inadequacy of coordination and economic participation (0.388), failure of support systems (0.281), policy-making and legislation ( 0.132) are three indicators that have been assigned the first to third priorities in terms of effectiveness.according to the results, economic barriers are known to be effective, effective and undesirable, and in order to develop entrepreneurship in rural areas, major changes must be made in the structure and institution of various economic areas.
