تبیین اثرگذاری عضویت در شبکۀ‌ شهرهای خلاق بر توسعه شهری پایدار(مطالعه موردی: شهر رشت)

شهرها همیشه مراکز ابداع، نوآوری و خلاقیت هستند. ریچارد فلوراید معتقد است شهرها ظرف بروز خلاقیت هستند که همیشه چرخ‌های حرکت، تمرکز و هدایت انرژی خلاق بشر بوده‌اند. کیفیت زندگی در شهر، به طور مستقیم متاثر از نوع نگاه به مسائل شهری است. خلاقیت شهری به عنوان یک رویکرد راهبردی می‌تواند کیفیات زیستن در شهر را تحت تاثیر فراوان قرار دهد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر عضویت در شبکه شهرهای خلاق یونسکو و تاثیر آن بر توسعه شهری پایدار با مطالعۀ موردی شهر رشت صورت گرفته است. تحقیق حاضر به‌صورت پیمایشی و با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با حجم نمونه 384 نفر در بین شهروندان شهر رشت در سال 1397 به صورت نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انجام ‌شده است. در این پژوهش ابزار به کار رفته شامل پرسشنامه محقق ساخته شهر خلاق با سه مولفه (اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی) و توسعه شهری پایدار با سه مولفه (اقتصادی، اجتماعی-فرهنگی و زیست‌محیطی) می باشد. برای تجزیه ‌و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم افزار spss استفاده شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که عضویت در شبکۀ شهرهای خلاق یونسکو بر توسعه شهری پایدار رشت موثر بوده است. به میزانی که مولفه‌های اجتماعی و اقتصادی شهر خلاق تغییر یابند، توسعه شهری پایدار رشت نیز به همان میزان تغییر می‌کند. هم چنین یافته‌ها نشان داد که مولفه اقتصادی شهر خلاق اهمیت بیشتری در بین مولفه‌های شهر خلاق در خصوص اثرگذاری بر توسعه شهری پایدار شهر رشت دارد.

explaining the effectiveness of the membership of the creative cities network on sustainable urban development

introduction cities are always centers of innovation, innovation and creativity. richard fluoride believes that cities are a container of creativity that has always been the wheels of movement, focus, and directing creative human energy. the quality of life in a city is directly affected by the way it looks at urban issues. urban creativity as a strategic approach can greatly influence the quality of life in the city. sustainable urban development achieving the sustainability status of urban communities aimed at creating or enhancing sustainability features in the economic, social, cultural, and environmental life of the city, and to achieve the ideal city, must be contemplated and interacted between these sectors. therefore, considering the importance of sustainability in the development goals of cities, a wide range of social, economic, cultural, ecological and physical needs to move towards sustainability is considered. urban creativity builds on the inner capacities of cities to create a comprehensive city development by taking into account the resources and facilities that the city has at its disposal can help sustainability. urban creativity will facilitate and provide the ground for the emergence and use of creativity. and from innovation instead of duplication, design instead of manufacturing, creating more value versus trying to cut costs and integrating ideas into ideas, to create better results with city of art simply absorbing and using more features and resources and also, the use of thinking and technology and the fact that the city and its quality of life are directly affected by the type of look at urban issues. the city of rasht is one of the cities in iran known as the unesco creative culinary center.the purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of membership in the unesco creative cities network and its impact on sustainable urban development through a case study in rasht. it is aimed at a sustainable development strategy from the perspective of the creative city.methodology the research method was descriptive-analytical and it was done by using a researcher-made questionnaire with a sample size of 384 people in rasht city and the method of simple random sampling. the tools used in this study included a creative city researcher-made questionnaire with three components (economic, social, cultural) and a sustainable urban researcher-made questionnaire with four components (economic, socio-cultural and environmental) and were used for data analysis. descriptive (mean) standard deviation) and inferential statistics (pearson correlation coefficient, stepwise regression analysis) were used by spss software.results and discussion findings show that there is a direct and positive relationship between urban creativity and sustainable urban development in rasht (r =0.316). regression analysis also shows that urban creativity is effective with urban sustainable development in rasht (r =0.31) which explains urban creativity 0.31of variance of urban sustainable development and among the components of creative city economic status (0.22). social status (0.13) affect sustainable urban development in rasht and cultural component (0.051) does not affect sustainable urban development in rasht
