تحلیل جرم خیزی فضاهای شهری بر اساس تئوری چیدمان فضا (مطالعه موردی: شهر پاکدشت)

مقدمه: پیکره‌بندی فضایی، نحوه چیده شدن فضاها در کنار یکدیگر و در روابط آن‌ها با هم است که نمایش‌دهنده اهمیت چگونگی ارتباطات فضایی در کل سیستم است. هدف پژوهش: این پژوهش جهت سنجش رابطه بین امنیت و پیکره‌بندی فضایی، شاخص‌های همپیوندی، اتصال، انتخاب، کنترل و انواع جرایم سرقت مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. روش‌شناسی تحقیق: پژوهش حاضر با توجه رویداد مکانی جرایم ابتدا اکتشافی و سپس در جهت بررسی عوامل فضایی موثر بر رخداد جرایم از نوع تحلیلی بوده است. نقشه مربوط به چیدمان فضا یعنی خطوط محوری بر پایه وضع موجود فضاهای شهری و شبکه ارتباطات و اتصالات شهر پاکدشت توسط نرم افزار ucl depthmap تولید شده است. و با لایه مربوط به جرائم در سامانه اطلاعات جغرافیایی همپوشانی گردیده است. قلمرو جغرافیایی پژوهش: محدوده مطالعاتی پژوهش محدوده قانونی شهر پاکدشت می‌باشد.یافته‌ها و بحث: در نقشه های پژوهش تحلیلی از پراکنش انواع جرائم سرقت در ارتباط با پیکره‌بندی فضایی شهر به دست آمده است. در نهایت سطح همبستگی بین شاخص‌های پیکره‌بندی فضایی و انواع جرایم سرقت از طریق آزمون همبستگی پیرسون مورد سنجش قرار گرفته است. نتیجه گیری: نتایج حاصل از یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهد که بین میزان وقوع جرایم فرصت‌طلبانه (سرقت) با شاخص‌های پیکره‌بندی فضایی یک ارتباط مثبت برقرار است، به نحوی که با افزایش سطح این شاخص‌ها، جرایم سرقت نیز افزایش یافته است و به مجرمین در این زمینه امکان سرقت بالاتری را داده است؛ اما به صورت تفصیلی این رابطه و ارتباط در جرایم سرقت منازل مسکونی و کش‌زنی، قاپ‌زنی منفی بوده است و سرقت منازل مسکونی در مناطق با همپیوندی کمتر اما با عمق بالاتر صورت گرفته است.

Criminality analysis of urban spaces based on the theory of space syntax(Case Study: Theft Crimes in Pakdasht City)

Introduction :The spatial configuration is the way spaces are placed together and in their relationships, which illustrates the importance of spatial communication in the whole system. Goal : In order to measure the relationship between security and spatial configurations, the indicators of interconnection, connection, selection, control, and types of theft crimes have been investigated.Geographical area of research: The study area of the research is the legal area of Pakdasht city.Methodology : The present study was carried out with the attention of the spatial event of exploratory atrocities and then to investigate the spatial factors affecting the occurrence of crimes of an analytical type.Results and discussion: In these maps, an analysis of the distribution of various types of theft crimes related to the spatial configuration of the city has been obtained. Finally, the correlation between spatial configuration and types of crime counts in SPSS software was measured by Pearson correlation test.Conclusion: The results of the research show that there is a positive correlation between opportunistic crime (theft) and spatial configurations indicators. This means that an increase in the level of these indicators results in an increase in the number of crimes of theft and the perpetrators, in such a context, can possibly steal more. However, in detail this relationship and the connection with the theft of residential houses and casings have been negated, and the theft of residential houses has occurred in less interconnected areas, but with a higher depth.
