تحلیل پهنه های مناسب توسعه میان افزا در شهر ایلام

امروزه با توجه به اهمیت حفظ منابع طبیعی و کاهش آثار زیست‌محیطی توسعه بی‌رویه شهرها، توسعه میان‌افزا به عنوان یکی از رویکردهای شهرسازی مطرح شده است. در نتیجه به جای گسترش افقی شهرها، رشد آنها در محدوده موجود و با حداکثر استفاده از امکانات اراضی توسعه یافته واقع در محدوده شهر اولویت دارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی پهنه‌های مناسب رشد توسعه میان‌افزا در شهر ایلام به شیوه توصیفی –تحلیلی با تکیه بر اطلاعات کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی صورت گرفته است است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را متخصصین مدیریت شهری تشکیل می‌دهد که تعداد 20 نفر از آنها به صورت در دسترس انتخاب شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نقشه‌های gis مرتبط با شاخص‌های موردنظر و روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی (ahp) برای رتبه‌بندی و اولویت‌بندی پهنه-ها، انجام شده است. نتایج بررسی‌ها نشان داد که معیار کالبدی-فضایی با وزن نهایی 408/0 مهمترین عامل تعیین پهنه‌های میان‌افزا می‌باشد و پس از آن عامل کارکردی-مدیریتی با 311/0 و در نهایت معیار اقتصادی- اجتماعی با 281/0 در رتبه‌های بعدی قرار دارند. از دیگر نتایج این پژوهش شناسایی پهنه‌های مناسب توسعه میان‌افزا در شهر ایلام بود. چنانچه نتایج نشان داد از میان 162 هکتار اراضی فاقد کاربری، فرسوده و مخروبه موجود در سطح شهر ایلام تنها 13 هکتار دارای قابلیت بسیار مناسب و 38 هکتار دارای قابلیت مناسب جهت توسعه میان افزار هستند و ما بقی آن فاقد قابلیت لازم به منظور این مهم می باشند

Investigating proper arenas for the infill developments in Ilam City

.Nowadays, owing to the importance of natural resources maintenance and reducing the environmental influences of irregular urban developments, the infill development has been introduced as one of the urban planning approaches. Therefore, urban developments in existing areas and maximum using of developed lands facilities located in the cities are the first priorities rather than horizontal developments of the cities. The aim of this paper is to investigate proper arenas for the infill developments in Ilam City. It’s an analytical-descriptive research using field study and data from the libraries. The population includes urban management experts that 20 of them were chosen as the sample by Convenience Sampling Method. To analyze the data, GIS maps related to intended indexes were used and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) for ranking and prioritizing the arenas was done. The findings reveal that the spatial-body criterion with the total weight of .408 is the most important factor in determining the infill arenas. The functional-managerial factor with the total weight of .311 and social-economic criterion with the total weight of .281 respectively are the next important factors. Determining proper arenas for the infill developments in Ilam City was another objective of this study. According to the results, among 162 hectares of land pieces in Ilam City which are poor, ruined and without any uses, just 13 hectares were highly suitable and 38 hectares were suitable for infill developments and the rest lack the criteria for the mentioned purpose.
