عین‌القضات و آزادی عقیده

آزادی از جمله بخشش‌های خداوند به انسان است که در سعادت و سلامت جامعه نقشی اساسی دارد. پیامبران برای زدودن موانع درونی و بیرونیِ آزادی و نهادینه کردن آن در جامعه، رنج بسیارکشیده‌اند. نقشی که عرفا در پیاده کردن آموزه‌های پیامبران داشته‌اند، نیز ستودنی است. عین‌القضات که از پیشروان عرفان ایرانی اسلامی است، در آثار خود به آزادی و جلوه‌های گوناگون آن، چون آزادی بیان، آزادی تفکر، آزادی عقیده، آزادی مذهب و... بی توجه نبوده است. نویسندگان در این مقاله که به شیوۀ توصیفی تحلیلی انجام شده است، تلاش می‌کنند تا آزادی را در دو گونة از آن، یعنی آزادی بیان و آزادی عقیده و اندیشه از نگاه عین‌القضات واکاوند. آزادی بیان در دو محورِ انتقاد از حاکمان زمان و انتقاد از علمای هم عصر بررسی می‌شود. آزادی عقیده و اندیشه نیز در سه محورِ عادت ستیزی و نکوهش تقلید، ستایش ابلیس و آزادی مذهب مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرارمی‌گیرد.

freedom is one of the gifts of god to humans that plays a basic role in the health and happiness of society. prophets have suffered much to remove the internal and external barriers of freedom and to institutionalize it in society. the role that mystics had in implementing the teachings of the prophets is admirable. ain al quzat, who is among the pioneers of iranian and islamic mysticism, like other mystics, has not ignored freedom and its different manifestations, such as freedom of speech, freedom of thought, freedom of opinion or conscience, religious freedom and so on. the writers in this descriptive analytical article attempt to study freedom in two categories, that is, freedom of speech and freedom of thought and notions, in the view of ain al quzat. freedom of speech is studied in the domains of criticism of the rulers of the time and criticism of contemporary scholars. freedom of thought and belief is analyzed in three domains of fighting against habit and condemning imitation, praising satan and freedom of speech.
