مشایخ تصوّف و ارباب قدرت (بررسی آراء و رفتار اجتماعی-سیاسی حاج ملّاعلی نورعلیشاه گنابادی‏)

یکی از موضوعات با اهمّیت و قابل پژوهش در تاریخ تصوّف که دربارۀ آن مطالب متفاوتی اظهارشده، رفتار مشایخ صوفیّه در مواجهه با ارباب قدرت است. در مقدّمۀ این جستار، ضمن بیان بعضی نظریّات پیرامون مقولۀ مذکور، با اشاره به پاره‌ای از نهضت‌های مهمّ سیاسی اجتماعی صوفیانه، برخی مصادیق تاریخی از موضع‌گیری‌های بزرگان تصوّف در مقام ناقدان حکّام جور نقل شده‌است. چون سلسلۀ نعمت‌اللّهیه از طرائق مهم و قدیمی تصوّف است، تحلیل نظریّات و رفتارهای سیاسی اجتماعی بزرگان نعمت‌اللّهیه در این زمینه، می‌تواند در تبیین مساله، امری مفید باشد؛ بنابراین در پژوهش حاضر برای نخستین‌بار به بررسی آراء و عملکرد حاج ملّا علی نورعلیشاه‌گنابادی (1284 1337ق.) از مشایخ مبرّز نعمت‌اللّهیه در عصر قاجار، درخصوص موضوع مزبور پرداخته می‌شود. در این نوشتار رفتارهای سیاسی اجتماعی و نحوۀ مواجهۀ نورعلیشاه‌گنابادی با امراء و اصحاب قدرت اعمّ از مواعظ و انذارهای مکتوب و انتقادات شفاهی وی از آنان، مورد تحلیل و بررسی قرارگرفته‌است. یافتۀ پژوهش آن است که سلوک عرفانی حاج ملّا علی گنابادی و مسوولیت‌های طریقتی‌ او، سبب غفلت وی از وظایف مدنی‌اش نشد. او نه‌تنها نسبت به رفتارهای نادرست پادشاهان قاجار و سایر ارکان حکومت بی‌تفاوت نبود، بلکه در مقام یک ناصح اجتماعی، به روش‌های مختلفی موضع‌گیری کرده‌ و سعی در اصلاح امور داشته‌است. این تحقیق توصیفی تحلیلی، مبتنی بر روش کتابخانه‌ای و منابع دسته اوّل تدوین یافته‌است.

sufi masters and the governors: a probe into mulla ali nour ali shah gunābādi's social and political views and demeanour

one of the significant issues in the history of sufism is the study of sufi masters' manner to the governors. in the present survey, the researcher has explained some of the views on this topic and has mentioned to some important sufi's political and social movements and the sufi masters' reaction as the critics of the oppressors. since ne'matollāhī sufi order is one of the deep-rooted sufi orders, investigation into their spiritual masters' social and political conduct and views could lead to an accurate conception of the present issue. thus, for the first time, the present study has investigated the views and behavior of hajj mulla mulla ali nour ali shah gunābādi (a.d.1867-1918), one of the great sufi masters of ne'matollāhī sufi order in qajar dynasty. the reaction of nour ali shah against the governors and politicians such as giving advices and writing some criticisms has discussed. afterwards, the author dealt with some other sufis' political and social attitude such as hajj mulla sultan muhammad sultan ali shah beidokhti (a.d.1835-1909) who was nour ali shah's father and sufi predecessor. the result of the present paper showed that nour ali shah's endeavor to fulfil the sufi commands was not a barrier to his attendance in the society, thus he was a social advisor to the qajar governors' actions and he tried to reform their affairs. this research is a library one, utilizing the descriptive analytical method.
