رهیافتی بر آسیب شناسی فهم حدیث؛ مطالعه موردی: «نص بسندگی»:زمینه ها و پیامدها

«فهم روشمند حدیث»، یکی از دغدغه‌های شارحان و پژوهشگران حدیث است. فرآیند فهم حدیث، با آسیب‌هایی روبه‌رو است و لذا شناسایی این آسیب‌ها، به کاربست صحیح قواعد فهم کمک فراوانی می‌کند. یکی از آسیب‌های فهم حدیث، «بی‌توجهی به سیره و سنت» یا «نصّ‌بسندگی» (بسنده کردن به سخن معصوم) است. این نوشتار در صدد بررسی زمینه‌ها  و پیامدهای «بی‌توجهی به سیره و سنت» است. این نگاشته  با روش توصیفی– تحلیلی  به این نتیجه رسیده که «زمینه‌های نص‌بسندگی» عبارت است از: تاخیر در تدوین سیره نبوی، پدیده همانندسازی، تلقیِ ستیز برخی از آموزه‌ها با سیره و سنت، دگردیسی معنای سنت، ضعف جایگاه تاریخ و بی‌توجهی به سیره، تصور شیعه از بی‌نیازی به سیره‌ی اجتماعی معصوم، ناکارآمدی سیره و سنت و شیوع سیره و سنت شیخین. نیز «پیامدهای نص‌بسندگی» عبارت است از: معیار نبودن سیره و سنت در اعتبارسنجی حدیث، توجیه، تقابل حکم و سیره و بی‌توجهی به سیره و سنت معصوم، فراموشی و تغییر در آن.

an approach to the pathology of understanding hadith; case study: sufficiency text: backgrounds and consequence

understanding the hadith methodically is one of the concerns of hadith scholars and researchers. the process of understanding hadith faces some damages, so identifying the damages of understanding hadith helps a lot in the correct application of understanding rules. one of these damages is “neglecting biography (sῑrah) and sunnah” or “textualism”(limiting to the words of the infallible). this article attempts to examine the backgrounds and consequences of “neglecting biography and sunnah”. using the descriptive-analytical method, it concludes that “the backgrounds of neglecting biography and sunnah” or “textualism” are as follows: delay in compiling the prophetic biography, development of the assimilation phenomenon, conflict of some teachings with biography and sunnah, change of the meaning of sunnah, weakness of historical status and neglect of biography, shiite perception of not needing the socialbiography of the infallible, inefficiency of biography and sunnah, and prevalence of biography and sunnah of sheikhain. also, “the consequences of textualism” are as follows: not being a criterion for biography and sunnah in validating hadith, justification, conflict between rule and tradition, and neglecting the iography and sunnah of the infallible and then forgetting or changing it.
