عمل شیخ صدوق به احادیث منفرد فقهی الزامی سهل بن زیاد و چگونگی تحلیل آن

حضور چشمگیر راویان تضعیف‌شده در جای جای منابع حدیثی شیعه و از آن میان، احادیث فقهی، چگونگی مواجهه با این احادیث را دست‌خوش دشواری کرده‌است. پیامد این دشواری در دو عرصه خودنمایی می‌کند؛ یکی، باطل‌انگاشتن حجم قابل توجهی از احادیث راه‌یافته بن منابع حدیثی و دیگری سردرگی در تحلیل رفتار برخی بزرگان در مواجهه عملی با احادیث راویان ضعیف. به هنگام گذر از داده‌های به دست‌رسیده در لابلای منابع حدیثی و اعتبارسنجی پیشینیان، با دو پدیده روبرو می‌شویم؛ رفتار عملیِ اصحاب با راویان ضعیف در عرصه‌ی نگاشته‌های حدیثی و دیگری، نگاه توصیفی به راویان در منابع اعتبارسنجی. جدا دیدن این دو پدیده و توجه‌نداشتن به ارتباط بنیادینی که میان نآآآن‌ها برقرار است، می‌تواند به پیمودن بیراهه‌هایی در مطالعات حدیث‌شناختی بیانجامد. نوشتار حاضر به بررسی رفتار شیخ صدوق در عمل به برخی احادیث منفرد فقهی الزامی که سهل بن زیاد در سند آن واقع شده، پرداخته است. هدف از این نوشتار، کشف منطق علمی حاکم بر عمل به چنین احادیثی است. این پژوهش نشان می دهد که تکیه بر منابع حدیثی-به ویژه کتاب النوادر از سوی شیخ صدوق یکی از عوامل دستیابی به احادیث صادر از معصومان علیهم السلام است که ضعف راوی را تحت الشعاع قرار داده و باور و عمل به روایات راوی ضعیف را به دنبال داشته است.

the abundance of weakened narrators in shiite hadith sources, including jurisprudentialhadiths, has made it difficult to deal with these hadiths. the consequences of this difficultystand out in two areas: the invalidation of a significant number of hadiths in hadith sources,and confusion to analyze the behavior of some scholars in dealing with the hadiths of weaknarrators. while going through the data obtained in the hadith sources and validation of thepredecessors, we come across two phenomena: the practical behavior of scholars towardweak narrators in the field of hadith and a descriptive look at narrators in validatingsources. considering the separation of two phenomena and not paying attention to thefundamental relation between them may lead to being misled in hadith studies. this articleexamines the practical behavior of sheikh sadouq regarding some obligatoryjurisprudential single hadiths which sahl bin zīyād is seen in its chain of transmission. thepurpose is to discover the scientific logic of practicing such hadiths. it shows that sheikhsadouq’s reliance on hadith sources, especially kitāb al-nawādir, is one of the factors inobtaining hadiths attributed to the infallibles (as), leading to a positive look at the weaknarrators and practicing based on their narrations.
