رهیافتی به انتساب کتاب تحف العقول و مولف آن

تحف العقول فیما جاءَ مِنَ الحِکَمِ وَ الْمَواعظ عن آل‌ الرسول (ص) اثر حسن‌ بن‌ شعبه حرانی یکی از منابع روایی اخلاقی شیعه است که دربارۀ مولف و زمان نگارش و خاستگاه روایات آن اقوال گوناگونی وجود دارد. برخی از علمای متاخر و پژوهشگران معاصر، مولف را از علمای ستودنی شیعۀ اهل حلب در قرن چهارم می‌دانند. عده‌ ای از این دسته، وی را همان مولف حقائق اسرار الدین تلقی کرده‌ اند. بعضی نیز او را فردی ناشناخته و نصیری‌ مذهب از قرن ششم برشمرده‌ اند. با وجود این، هویت مولف محل سوال است و ابهام‌هایی وجود دارد. دستاوردهای این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد مولف شیعه و اهل حلب است که دست‌ کم در قرن هشتم زیسته است. مبانی فقهی و کلامی مولف، باور پژوهشگران مبنی بر نصیری‌ بودنش را نفی و شیعه‌ بودنش را تایید می‌ کند. همچنین، بررسی سیر تاریخی حلب و تطبیق آن با گفتمان‌ های حاکم بر کتاب از دلایلی است که انتساب مولف به حلب را تصدیق می‌ کند. مولف امامی‌ مذهب، لین‌ الحدیث، زاهد و دنیاگریز است. او اهل‌ البیت (ع) را خلیفۀ خدا و معصوم می‌ داند و به بعث و عقیدۀ شیعه در جبر و اختیار باورمند است.

an approach to attribution of tuhaf al-‘uqūl and its author

tuhf al-‘uqūl fīmā jā'-a min al-hikam wal-mawā'iz ‘an āl al-rasūl (pbuh) by hassan bin shu'ba harrānī is one of the shiite moral traditional sources. the author, the period of writing,and the origin of its narrations are challenging. some of the later scholars and contemporaryresearchers consider the author to be one of the praiseworthy shiite scholars of aleppo in thefourth century. some of this group consider him as the same author of haqā'iq asrār al-din.some also consider him an unknown person, a nusayrī from the 6th century. however, theauthor's identity is questionable and there are uncertainties about his identity. this researchshows that the author has been a shi'a from aleppo, living at least in the 8th century. theauthor's jurisprudential and theological foundations deny the researchers' belief that he was anusayrī but confirm his shiite identity. also, examining the historical course of aleppo andadapting it with the discourses included in the book are the reasons that confirm the attributionof the author to aleppo. the author was imami, layin al-hadith (his hadith is considered to benoticed), ascetic, and the averted from the world. he considers ahl al-bayt (as) to be the caliphsof god and the infallibles. he believes in resurrection and the shiite belief in predestinationand free will.
