بررسی تاثیر مبنای کرامت ذاتی انسان در تفسیر آیات جهاد با تاکید بر دیدگاه اندیشمندان سده اخیر

کرامت ذاتی انسان از جمله مهم ترین مبانی انسان شناختی است که در سده اخیر زیربنای مباحث متعددی را در حوزه علوم انسانی تشکیل داده است. پژوهش حاضر با بهره بری از رویکرد توصیفی تحلیلی، می کوشد ضمن کشف اندیشه دانشیان سده اخیر در زمینه کرامت ذاتی انسان، به تحلیل این مسئله بپردازد که اندیشه های مختلف در این باره، چه تاثیری بر تفسیر آیات جهاد داشته است. بررسی دیدگاه دانشیان سده اخیر در خصوص کرامت ذاتی و دیدگاه آنها در جهاد حکایت از آن دارد که تفسیر این اندیشمندان از گزاره های جهادی متاثر از اندیشه ایشان در مقوله کرامت ذاتی انسان است؛ چنانکه نگرش محدود در مبحث کرامت ذاتی، موجب شده صاحبان این اندیشه، اجبار بر عقیده و سلب حق حیات غیر موحدان را روا بدارند. در مقابل، نگرش موسع به مبنای کرامت ذاتی، صاحبان این اندیشه را در باب جهاد بر آن داشته تا اجبار بر عقیده و قتل غیر موحدان در جهاد را بر نتابند. لکن اندیشه اول با مناقشات مبنایی روبروست و از حیث روشی نیز به سبب تاکید بر قواعدی مانند نسخ و بی توجهی به سیاق و فضای نزول، به نحو گزینشی به تفسیر آیات جهاد پرداخته است. در حالیکه دیدگاه دوم به گونه ای نظام مند، با مجموعه آیات جهاد و آیات مرتبط با آن مواجه شده و در این راستا از قواعد عقلایی تفسیری استفاده می کند.

A study of the effect of the principle of intrinsic human dignity on the interpretation of jihad verses with emphasis on the views of contemporary thinkers

Human Intrinsic dignity is one of the most important anthropological foundations that has formed the basis of many discussions of humanities in the current century. The present study, using a descriptiveanalytical method, tries to examine the idea of the scholars of the current century regarding the intrinsic dignity of human beings as an anthropological basis and then analyze how the different ideas in this field effect on the interpretation of jihad verses. A review of the views of thinkers of the current century on intrinsic dignity and jihad suggests that they were influenced by their belief in the nature of human inherent dignity. Thus, the limited attitude towards the issue of intrinsic dignity has caused the owners of this idea to prescribe coercion on belief and deprivation of the right to life for nonbelievers. On the other hand, a broad view of intrinsic dignity has led the proponents of this idea of jihad to forbid the coercion of belief and killing of nonbelievers by jihad. However, the first thought faces fundamental disputes, and also in terms of method, this idea has a selective confrontation with the verses of jihad due to the emphasis on rules such as abrogating and ignoring the context and atmosphere of the revelation. In contrast, the second view is systematically confronted with the collection of verses of jihad and related verses, and in this regard, it uses different rational rules of interpretation.
