قراینی در بازشناسی مرجع ضمیر در اسناد ضمیری الکافی

بهترین کتاب در حدیث شیعه، کتاب گران‌سنگ الکافی نوشته محمد بن یعقوب کلینی است که دارای گونه‌های گونه‌گونی از اسناد است. مانند: سند عادی، تحویلی و ... از مهم‌ترین و پرشمارترین این گونه‌ها، سند ضمیری است (1097سند) که به دو گونه سند ضمیری عادی (360 سند) و غیرعادی (737 سند) تقسیم می‌گردد. این جستار به سبب جایگاه خطیر درست کشف کردن مرجع ضمیر، بر آن شد که با روش توصیفیتحلیلی و با تکیه بر منابع کتابخانه‌ای، به جست‌وجوی قراینی برآید که به یاری آنها، مرجع ضمایر این‌گونه از اسناد در کتاب بی‌نظیر حدیثی شیعه به صواب تمییز داده شود. دستاورد این نوشتار عبارت است از وجود هشت قرینه در کشف مرجع ضمیر که قراین داخلی آن بر این پایه‌اند: اقتضای سیاق، سلسله اسناد مشابه و استاد و شاگردی که حدیث‌شناس را دست‌کم در 349 حدیث راهبری می‌کند و قرینه‌های خارجی عبارتنداز: تصریح بزرگان، بودن سند در کتابی دیگر، کثرت نقل یک راوی از راوی دیگر، روایت نمودن شخصی از کتاب مخصوصی و عدم رجوع ضمیر جز به یک راوی خاص که حدیث‌شناس را حداقل در 222 سند راهنمایی می‌کند که بسیاری از این اسناد، از گونه اسناد ضمیری غیرعادی بوده و بدان‌ها ارجاع داده شده است. به آدرس این تعداد از احادیث به عنوان نمونه ارجاع داده شده، و گرنه این قراین در دیگر احادیث ضمیری نیز کاربرد دارد.

Symbols in understanding the reference of the pronoun in Alafi’s pronouns

The best book in the Shiite hadith is AlKafi’s book, written by Kelly. There are various forms of hadith scripts. Like: Normal document. The most important and most numerous of these forms is the document of the pronoun,(1097) which is divided into two types of ordinary(360) and unusual pronouns(737). Due to the importance of accurately discovering the reference authority, this paper decided to search for evidence by analytical descriptive method and relying on library resources; with the help of Shellen, the reference to the pronouns of this type of document in the book would suffice to be properly identified.The result of this paper is the existence of eight symbols in the discovery of the reference of the pronoun, whose internal indications are: the conditional requirement, the series of similar documents, and the master and student who has hadith in at least 349 hadiths.And the external symbols are: the affirmation of the elders, the existence of the document in another book, the plurality of a narrator from another narrator, the narration of a person from a particular book, and the absence of reference to a particular narrator. Which prescribes the hadithologist at least in 222 documents, many of which are of the kind of abnormal pronouns addressed to them.To the address of this number of hadiths as an example, due to the shortness of this text, reference is made to these other indications in other pronouns.
