بازنگری هرم مازلو در مقایسه با مدل قرآنی نیازهای انسانی بر اساس گونه شناسی جزاهای اخروی

نظریه هرم نیازهای انسانی مازلو یکی از نظریات مشهور در حوزه روان ‌شناسی انسان‌ گرا محسوب می‌شود. مازلو در این نظریه، نظامی سلسله ‌مراتبی از نیازهای انسانی را معرفی نمود که تبیین‌ کننده معیارها و ملاک‌های انسان در انگیزه‌یابی برای کنش‌ورزی بر اساس نیازهای درونی او بود. این نظریه به همراه اضافات و نسخه‌های جایگزین آن، در تحقیقات مختلفی توسط اندیشمندان اسلامی به بوته نقد و تطبیق با آموزه‌های قرآنی گذاشته شده است. مهم‌ترین اشکال این پژوهش‌های تطبیقی، فقدان ملاک و معیار مشخص برای گزینش و تطبیق آیات با مفاد نظریه مازلو است. دراین تحقیق، آیاتی که در آن جزاهای اخروی (بهشتی و جهنمی) توصیف شده‌اند، با توجه به بعد انگیزشی آنها، به عنوان جامعه آماری تحقیق انتخاب و ارتباط بین هر یک از جزاها با نیازهای انسانی با روش تحلیل محتوا مشخص شده است. سپس بر اساس تعداد و گستره یادکرد هر یک از جزاها و میزان تامین یا تهدید هر یک از نیازها، نظامی سلسله‌مراتبی از نیازهای انسانی معرفی شده است. عنایت جدی به تفاوت نیازهای تامین‌شده در جزاهای بهشتی با نیازهای تهدیدشده در جزاهای جهنمی و در پی آن، جداسازی و تفکیک سلسله مراتب نیازها در سیر صعودی و سیر نزولی، مهم‌ترین دستاورد این تحقیق محسوب می‌شود.

Maslow’s Pyramid Revision Compared to the Qur’anic Model of Human Needs Based on the Typology of the afterwards recompenses.

Maslow’s hierarchy of needs is one of the renowned theories in the field of humanistic psychology. In this theory, Maslow introduced a hierarchical system of human needs that explained the criteria of mankind in motivating to act according to his inner needs. This theory, along with its supplements and alternative versions, has been put into practice by Islamic scholars in various researches and adaptations to the Qur’anic teachings. The most important drawback of these comparative studies is the lack of criteria for the selection and comparison of verses with the Maslow’s theory. In this research, the verses in which recompenses or rewards are described, with regard to their motivational dimension, have been identified as the statistical population of research. Then the relationship between each of the penalties and the human needs is determined by the content analysis method. Then, based on the number and scope of each of the penalties and the level of satisfaction or threat of each of the needs, a hierarchy of human needs has been introduced. The serious difference between the needs provided in paradise and the needs threatened in hell, and the separation of the hierarchy of needs in ascending and descending order, is the most important achievement of this research.
