بررسی اختلال شخصیت «نمایشی» در آموزه‌های اسلامی و تطبیق آن با یافته های روان‌شناسی

یکی از انواع اختلالات شخصیتی مطرح در حوزه‌ی دانش روان‌شناسی، «اختلال شخصیت نمایشی» است. این اختلال الگوی فراگیر تهییج‌پذیری و توجه‌خواهی مفرط است که در روند آن هیجانات و عواطف فرد به نشانه‌های جسمانی‌تبدیل می‌شود. مشابه این اختلال در آموزه‌های اسلامی مطرح است. پژوهش حاضر در نظر دارد،ضمن ارائه‌ی نتایج بررسی این اختلال در آموزه‌های اسلامی؛ میزان هم‌گرایی یافته‌های روان‌شناسی با این آموزه‌ها رانشان دهد. در همین راستا، لازم است چیستی، سبب‌شناسی و ملاک‌های تشخیصی این اختلال در اسلام و روان‌شناسی مورد توجه قرار گرفته، و در نهایت تطبیقی بین آنهاصورت گیرد. بررسی‌ها نشان می‌دهد، اختلال نمایشی از منظر آموزه‌های اسلامی نوعی اختلال شناختی هیجانی است که با بی‌ثباتی کلی حاکم بر شخصیت، و رفتارهای نمایشی متضاد با خود واقعی فردمشخص می‌شود. مبتلایان به این اختلال هر هفت ملاک تشخیصی اختلال نمایشی در روان‌شناسی را برآورده می‌نماید و در ویژگی‌های فردی نظیر: ظاهرسازی و اغواگری، توجه‌طلبی و ستایش خواهی؛ عملکرد هیجانی سطحی و فاقد تامل، تلقین‌پذیری، افسردگی و انزوا و کسالت و بی‌انگیزگی با آن همپوشانی دارند ولی در سایر اوصاف این هم‌پوشانی مشاهده نمی‌شود. ضمن اینکه جسمانی‌سازی علل هیجانی و عاطفی در این اختلال وجود ندارد.

Investigating Histrionic Personality Disorder in Islamic Doctrines and Comparing It with Psychological Findings

One of the considerable personality disorders in the field of psychology is “Histrionic Personality Disorder.” This disorder is a pervasive pattern of excessive emotionality and attention seeking, throughout which patient’s emotions and affections transform into physical symptoms. A similar disorder is discussed in Islamic doctrines. This study aims to present the results of the investigation of this disorder in Islamic doctrines and underline the degree of convergence between psychological findings and such doctrines as well. Accordingly, the nature, cause, and diagnostic criteria of this disorder in Islam and psychology must be considered and, finally, a comparison be made between them. The investigations show that in view of Islamic doctrines, Histrionic Disorder is a cognitiveemotional disorder, characterized by overall instability of patients’ personality and histrionic behavior opposing their true self. These patients meet all the seven psychologyrelated diagnostic criteria for Histrionic Disorder and overlap with psychology in characteristics such as exhibitionist and seductive behavior, seeking for attention and admiration, shallow and indecisive emotional performance, suggestibility, depression and loneliness, and weariness and lack of motivation, but such overlap is not seen in other dimensions. Meanwhile, the physical embodiment of emotional and affective causes does not exist in this disorder.
