واکاوی شیوه های عملکرد آصف محسنی در تعامل با تعارضات نجاشی و طوسی

بعد از تاسیس مدرسه حلّه و اعتبارسنجی حدیث بر پایه سند، آراء رجالی نجاشی و شیخ طوسی از اهمیت فراوانی برخوردار گردید. نجاشی و شیخ طوسی بنا بر وظیفه علم رجال، که تعیین وثاقت و ضعف راویان است؛ در کتب خود به برخی جرح و تعدیل‌ها اشاره کرده‌اند. ولی گاهی اوقات آرائشان در مورد وثاقت و ضعف یک راوی متعارض شده است. در همین راستا این نوشتار با روش تحلیلیتوصیفی درصدد بررسی چگونگی مواجهه و تعامل آصف‌محسنی از رجال‌پژوهان معاصر با این تعارض‌ها برآمده است. در نهایت این نتیجه حاصل شد که نحوه مواجهه با تعارضات نجاشی و شیخ طوسی، قاعده و قانون خاصی ندارد بلکه بستگی به استنباط و اطمینانی دارد که برای شخص مجتهد و رجال‌پژوه به وجود می‌آید. در ضمن هیچ دلیلی محکمی برای ترجیح آراء نجاشی بر شیخ طوسی در دست نیست و نحوه تعامل نسبت به راویان بر حسب اطمینانی که برای پژوهشگر حاصل می‌شود متفاوت است.

Analysis of AsifMohsen’s performance practices in dealing with Nijashi and Tusi conflicts

Najashi and Sheikh Tusi are among the most famous Shi’ite religious scholars. Following the establishment of the Hilla school and the validation of the Hadith based on the document, the views of Rajali Najashi and Sheikh Tusi were of great importance. Najashi and Sheikh Toosi, according to the duty of science of Rijal, which is the determination of the reliability and weakness of the narrators, have referred to some of their admonitions in their books. But sometimes they are confused about the credibility and weakness of a narrator. In this regard, this paper, by analyticaldescriptive method, attempts to investigate how AsifMohsseni exposed and interacts with contemporary religious scholars with these contradictions. Finally, it was concluded that the way of dealing with the conflicts of Najashi and Sheikh Tusi is not based on a rule or law, but depends on the inference and confidence that exists for the mujtahid and the religious scholars. Meanwhile, there is no strong reason to prefer Najashi’s views on Sheikh Tusi, and how the interaction with the narrators varies according to the certainty that the researcher achieves.
