چکیده
|
Janus kinase (jak) inhibition suppresses inflammation and immune cell activation in t-cell-mediated disorders by interrupting intracellular signaling. because of these properties, jak inhibitors are being investigated as possible therapeutic agents. the available scientific literature has been reviewed in an effort to evaluate the profile of jak inhibitors and their role as investigational compounds in the treatment of various dermatologic conditions with a particular focus on the treatment of alopecia areata, vitiligo, psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, and cutaneous dermatomyositis.
