عوامل موثر بر توسعۀ اقتصادی کرانه‌ها و پس‌کرانه‌های خلیج‌فارس و دریای عمان در دوره پهلوی اول

جزایر، بنادر و پس‌کرانه‌های خلیج‌فارس و دریای عمان در دورۀ پهلوی اول جایگاه ممتاز اقتصادی خود را حفظ کرده بودند. بخش عمده‌ای از تجارت دریایی ایران از مبادی متعدد خروجی و ورودی این مناطق انجام می‌گرفت. هدف از این نوشتار، بررسی تحولات اقتصادی کرانه‌ها و پس‌کرانه‌های خلیج‌فارس و دریای عمان طی سال‌های 1304-1320ش. با تاکید بر شناخت علل و زمینه‌های تاثیرگذار رشد منطقه‌ای است. عوامل موثر بر فرایند تحولات اقتصادی این مناطق در دوره پهلوی اول چه بوده است؟ نتیجۀ پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که مجموعه عملکرد دولت در حوزه‌های گوناگون تجاری و فعالیت‌های عمرانی زیرساختی، در حیات اقتصادی کرانه و پس‌کرانه‌ها نسبت به ادوار پیشین به‌خصوص اواخر قاجاریه تاثیر بسیار داشته و حرکت کاملاً رو به رشدی را سبب شده بود؛ هرچند که برخی از این فعالیت‌ها بخشی از برنامه‌های درازمدت بوده و تاثیرات کوتاه‌مدت و آنی خود را نشان نمی‌داد.

Factors Affecting the Economic Development of the Coasts and PostCoasts of the Persian Gulf and the Sea of Oman in the First Pahlavi Period

The islands, ports, and hinterlands of the Persian Gulf and the Sea of ​​Oman maintained their privileged economic position during the first Pahlavi period. Most of Iran’s maritime trade was carried out from various points of exit and entry of these regions. The purpose of this article is to study the economic developments of the coasts and postcoasts of the Persian Gulf and the Sea of ​​Oman during the years 13041320 (19251941), with an emphasis on recognizing the causes and influential areas of regional growth. What were the factors affecting the process of economic developments in these regions in the first Pahlavi period? The results show that the set of government performance in various areas of trade and infrastructure development activities, in the economic life of the coast and postcoastal than in previous periods especially the late Qajar had a great impact and caused a completely growing movement; However, some of these activities were part of longterm plans and did not show shortterm or immediate effects.
