عوامل مرتبط با مشارکت زنان روستایی شهرستان مراغه در پرورش طیور محلی

پرورش طیور محلی یکی از فعالیت‌هایی است که زنان در سطح روستاها در آن مشارکت دارند و عوامل متعددی بر سطح مشارکت آن‌ها تاثیر می‌گذارد. هدف این تحقیق توصیفی‌ـ همبستگی سنجش عوامل مرتبط با میزان مشارکت زنان روستایی در پرورش طیور محلی بود. جامعۀ آماری شامل 22 هزار و 564 خانوار روستایی در شهرستان مراغه بودند که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 224 نفر از زنان روستایی پرورش‌دهندۀ طیور محلی از طریق نمونه‌گیری چندمرحله‌ای تصادفی انتخاب و مطالعه شدند. ابزار تحقیق پرسش‌نامۀ محقق ‌ساخته‏ای بود که روایی آن از طریق متخصصان موضوعی تایید شد و پایایی آن نیز با انجام مطالعۀ مقدماتی و محاسبۀ ضریب آلفای کرونباخ بزرگ‌تر از 0.7 برای شاخص‏های ترکیبی به‌دست آمد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد به غیر از زنان، سایر اعضای خانواده نیز در پرورش طیور مشارکت داشتند، ولی مشارکت زنان از بقیه بیشتر بود. زنان به‌طور متوسط حدود 77.5درصد آن‌ها در زمینۀ جوجه‏کشی و کمترین آن در زمینۀ لانه‏سازی بود. تحلیل همبستگی نشان داد که مشارکت زنان با متغیرهای سن، تحصیلات زنان، تحصیلات همسر، تعداد اعضای خانوار، تعداد کل طیور و دانش رابطۀ‏ منفی و معنا‏دار ولی با نگرش و سهم زنان از درآمد فروش طیور و محصولات رابطه مثبت و معنا‏داری داشت.

Investigating Factors related with Rural Womens’ Participation in Family Poultry Activities in Maragheh County

Production of family poultry is one of the activities which women in the villages participate and several factors affect on their participotaion in this activity. The purpose of this descriptive correlational study was to investigate factors related with the participation level of rural women in family poultry activities. The Statistical population consisted all rural households in Maragheh county (N=22564) which 224 of them were selected based on Cochran sampling formula and using multistage randomized sampling method. The research tool was a researcherconstructed questionnaire which its validity verified by a panel of experts in the related field and to check its reliability, a pretest conducted and Cronbach#039;s Alpha coefficient were higher than 0.7 for different parts of the questionnaire. The results showed that all family members are involved in family poultry activities, but the participation of women was higher than other family members. On average, women participated 77.35 percent in activities and incubator related activity and nesting activities had lower and higher rate of participation, respectively. The participation level of women had a negative meaningful correlation with their Age, education, husband#039;s education, households’ numbers, the size of poultry folk and their knowledge but a positive meaningful correlation with their attitudes and women#039;s share of income gaining from poultry and products selling.
