تحلیل تماتیک ابعاد و منابع جامعه ‌پذیری جنسیتی در بستر مرد سالاری

جامعه ‌پذیری جنسیتی از سازه‌های مفهومی و نظری راهگشا در فهم مردسالاری و فرودستی زنان است. پژوهش حاضر در نظر دارد تا به میانجی روایت زنان، به ابعاد جامعه‌پذیری جنسیتی و منابع آن بپردازد. پژوهش حاضر با روش‌شناسی کیفی و روش تحلیل تماتیک در میان نمونه‌ای از زنان سنندجی به انجام رسیده است. در نمونه‌ پژوهش،30 نفر زن مشارکت داشتند. یکی از ابعاد جامعه‌پذیری جنسیتی، نقش‌های جنسیتی است که بر مبنای تحلیل اظهارات زنان، به 4 تم اصلیِ «هویت‌یابی بر مدار خانه»، «نقش‌های ابزاری»، «نظم مراقبتی مردسالار» و «سقف شیشه‌ای و دشواری ارتقای زنان شاغل» دست یافتیم. دومین بُعد جامعه‌پذیری جنسیتی، کلیشه‌های جنسیتی است. بر مبنای روایت زنان، کلیشه‌های جنسیتی بر خودپنداره و شخصیت زنان سیطره دارد و ردپای آن را می‌توان در فضاهای همگانی، مدیریت خانواده، ازدواج دختران و روابط زناشویی پیدا کرد. «جنسیتی‌شدن فضای همگانی» و «نا امنی فضای همگانی و مقصرانگاری زنان» از جمله کلیشه‌های مستتر در فضاهای همگانی و «هویت ابرازی» و «جنسیتی شدن کار و تحصیل» کلیشه‌های مربوط به شخصیت زنان را شکل داده-اند. هم‌چنین، «ریسک‌ناپذیری و تصمیم‌گیری وابسته» و «تفکیک جنسیتی مدیریت و برنامه‌ریزی در خانواده» ناظر بر کلیشه‌های حوزه مدیریت خانواده و «تعجیل و سخت‌گیری در ازدواج»، «زن به‌مثابه ابژه جنسی» و «زن به‌مثابه ناموس»، کلیشه جنسیتی حاکم بر انتخاب همسر و مسائل و روابط زناشویی محسوب می‌شود. الگوپذیری از «خانواده و بستگان» و «رسانه‌های ارتباط جمعی»، اصلی‌ترین منابع جامعه‌پذیری جنسیتی زنان مورد مطالعه را شکل داده‌اند.

thematic analysis of the dimensions and sources of gender socialization in the context of patriarchy

one of the conceptual and theoretical constructs that facilitate comprehension of patriarchy and women's inferiority is gender socialization. the currentresearch aims to address the sources and dimensions of gender socializationthrough the perspectives of women. the present research was conducted usingthematic analysis and qualitative methodology. “gender roles” is one of thedimensions of gender socialization. our analysis of women’s narrativesrevealed four primary themes: “identification with home,” “instrumental roles,”“the patriarchal care system,” and “glass ceiling.” the self-concept andpersonality of women are influenced by gender stereotypes, which are evidentin public spaces, family administration, girls’ marriages, and maritalrelationships, as evidenced by the narration of women. the gender stereotypesrelated to women’s personality have been influenced by the “genderization ofpublic space” and “insecurity of public space” gender stereotypes related topublic spaces, as well as the “expressive identity,” and “genderization ofeducation and employment” gender stereotypes based on women’s narrative.the gender stereotypes in the field of family management are “risklessness anddependent decision-making” and “gender separation of planning andmanagement in the family.” the gender stereotypes related to the selection of aspouse and sexual relations are “urgency and strictness in the marriage ofgirls” and “women as sexual objects” and “as honor.” the primary sources of gender socialization are “family” and “mass communication media.”
