مطالعۀ زمینه‌‌ها و بسترهای شکل‌‌گیری بیکاری فارغ‌‌التحصیلان دختر دانشگاه‌‌های شهر ایلام

توسعۀ هر کشور در گروِ استفادۀ بهینه از همه امکانات، به‌‌ویژه نیروی انسانی، است که یکی از مهم‌‌ترین و کلیدی‌‌ترین سرمایه‌‌های آن کشور به‌‌شمار می‌‌آید و بی‌‌شک در این میان نقش نیروی انسانی متخصص بیش از دیگران است. هدف از این تحقیق، مطالعۀ زمینه‌‌ها و بسترهای شکل‌‌گیری بیکاری فارغ‌‌التحصیلان دختر در شهر ایلام با استفاده از روش کیفی، و به‌‌طور خاص رویکرد روشی داده‌‌بنیاد، می‌‌باشد. جامعۀ موردمطالعۀ پژوهش شامل کلیۀ فارغ‌‌التحصیلان دختر دانشگاهی بیکار از بازه زمانی 1390 تاکنون در همۀ رشته‌‌های دانشگاهی شهر ایلام می‌‌باشد. حجم نمونه، 20 مورد براساس اشباع نظری تعیین شده و اعتبار یافته‌‌ها ازطریق تطبیق با نظر داوران متخصص و مطلعان کلیدی تامین گردیده است. در این پژوهش اطلاعات ازطریق مصاحبۀ ژرفانگر و به‌‌صورت نیمه‌‌ساختاریافته گردآوری شده است. تحلیل مصاحبه‌‌های فارغ‌‌التحصیلان، به شکل‌‌گیری چهارچوب مفهومی در قالب تعریف و درک زنان فارغ‌‌التحصیل از پدیدۀ بیکاری، شرایط زمینه‌‌ای در قالب «نهادینه نشدن فرهنگ کار»، «محدودیت‌‌های ساختاری»، «فرهنگ ایلی به‌‌مثابه عامل بازدارنده»، شرایط میانجی در قالب «ضعف مدیریتی»، «ضعف سرمایه‌‌های انسانی»، «فرسایش سرمایۀ اجتماعی» انجامید. با درنظر گرفتن ارتباط بین مقوله‌‌های ذکرشده، درنهایت مقولۀ توسعۀ اجتماعی نامتوازن به‌‌عنوان مقولۀ هسته انتخاب شد.

Study of the fields and contexts of the formation of unemployment of female graduates of Ilam universities

The development of any country depends on the optimal use of all facilities, especially human resources, which is one of the most important and key assets of that country, and undoubtedly the role of specialized human resources is more than others. The purpose of this study is to study the contexts and contexts of unemployment formation of female graduates in Ilam city using a qualitative method and in particular the methodological approach of grounded theory. The study population includes all unemployed female university graduates from the period 1390 until now in all university fields in Ilam. The sample size was determined based on theoretical saturation, and the validity of the findings was provided by confirmation and matching with the opinions of expert judges and key informants. In this study, information was collected through indepth interviews and semistructured. Analysis of graduate interviews led to the formation of a conceptual framework in the form of definition and understanding of female graduates of the phenomenon of unemployment, background conditions in the form of noninstitutionalization of work culture, structural constraints, tribal culture as a deterrent Mediating conditions in the form of managerial weakness, weakness of human capital, erosion of social capital.Considering the relationship between the mentioned categories, the category of unbalanced social development was finally selected as the core category.
