مطالعه فرایند برساخت فهم جنسی در دختران نوجوان شهر اصفهان

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، مطالعه فرایند برساخت فهم جنسی دختران نوجوان شهر اصفهان پس از مواجهه با دنیای جنسی است. این پژوهش با روش نظریه زمینه‏ای و در رویکرد برساخت‏گرایانه اجرا شده است. مشارکت‏کنندگان در پژوهش، دختران نوجوان 12 تا 18 ساله‏ شهر اصفهان بودند و با روش نمونه‏گیری هدفمند متوالی شامل نمونه‏گیری گلوله‏برفی و نظری به بررسی فرایند فهم جنسی در تجربه‌زیسته آنان از اولین مواجهه با دنیای جنسی تا کنون پرداخته شده است. تکنیک استفاده‌شده در پژوهش مصاحبه‏های انباشتی و روایت‏گونه بود که با اجرای 3 مصاحبه مقدماتی و 24 مصاحبه نهایی ما را به سمت اشباع نظری یاری کرد. براساس یافته‏های پژوهش، فرایند مواجهه دختران نوجوان شهر اصفهان با ابعاد دنیای جنسی از کودکی تا زمان حاضر در سه مقوله اصلی مواجهه پروبلماتیک با دنیای جنسی، سن‏محوری فهم جنسی و ابهام‏زدایی از فهم جنسی شناخته شد. ارتباط بین این مفاهیم نشان‏‏دهنده تاریخ‌مندی سکسوالیته فردی و اجتماعی و سیالیت برساخت فهم جنسی است و این فرایند را از مواجهه ابتدایی با دنیای جنسی تا دستیابی مداوم به اطلاعات جدید و بازاندیشی در تفکرات، نگرش‏ها و فهم در پرتو سناریوهای فرهنگی و الگوهای بین‏فردی و درون‏روانی تا زمان مصاحبه روایت می‏کنند.

The study of process of constructing sexual understanding of adolescent girls in Isfahan

The aim of this paper is to study the process of constructing sexual understanding of adolescent girls in Isfahan after facing the sexual world. This research has been carried out with the method of Grounded Theory and in a constructivist approach. Participants in the study were adolescent girls aged 12 to 18 years in Isfahan. The study has conducted by sequential purposive sampling method including snowball sampling and theoretical sampling, to examine the process of sexual understanding in adolescent girl’s lived experience from their first facing with the sexual world so far. The technique used in the research was Intensive and narrative interviews, which helped us to achieve theoretical saturation by conducting 3 introductory and 24 final interviews. Based on the research findings, the process of facing Isfahan adolescent girls with the sexual world from childhood to the present was recognized in three categories of problemati facing with the sexual world, the agebased sexual understanding, and disambiguation of sexual understanding. The connection between these concepts reflects the historicity of individual and social sexuality and fluidity in the construction of sexual understanding, and narrow this process from the initial facing with the sexual world to the constant access to new information, and reflexivity in thoughts, attitudes, and understanding in the light of cultural scenarios, interpersonal, and intrapsychic scripts until the interview time.
