بررسی ازدواج مردان مهاجر افغانی با دختران ایرانی و آثار و پیامدهای اجتماعی آن بر کشور بر مبنای جغرافیای جرم و آسیب های اجتماعی

در دوران اقامت طولانی مهاجران افغانی در ایران، حدود 30 هزار نفر از زنان ایرانی با مردان افغانی ازدواج کردند. ازدواج زنان ایرانی با افغان‌ها نگران‌کننده است؛ به‌ویژه که 98‌درصد از این ازدواج‌ها با شکست همراه‌اند. غیرقانونی‌بودن ازدواج با اتباع غیرمجاز، مشکلات شناسنامه‌ای، تحصیلی، بهداشتی و اسکان فرزندان آنان را در پی دارد و زنان را دچار سردرگمی و آوارگی می‌کند. با توجه به اینکه اکثر افرادی که تن به چنین ازدواج‌هایی می‌دهند از طبقۀ ضعیف‌اند، ضروری ا‌ست با برنامه‌ریزی‌های منطقی آنان را با عواقب دردسرساز بعدی آشنا کنیم. برخی از این زنان و دختران، که عمدتاً از طبقات پایین اجتماع هستند، بر اثر فریب و شیادی اتباع افغانی یا فروش از سوی پدرانشان، به ازدواج مردان افغانی درمی‌آیند. بسیاری از این ازدواج‌ها نا‌موفق است و اغلب از همان بدو ازدواج با مشکلات عدیده‌ای مواجه می‌شوند. اولین مشکلی که با ازدواج هر زن ایرانی با مرد افغانی رخ می‌نماید، از دست دادن تابعیت ایرانی این بانوان است. بسیاری از این زنان مدتی پس از ازدواج با افغانی‌ها در آن‌سوی مرزها رها می‌شوند یا شوهران آن‌ها پس از مدتی باز‌می‌گردند و آن‌ها و فرزندانشان را با مشکلات عدیدۀ روحی و روانی و اقتصادی و اجتماعی به حال خود می‌گذارند.
