فراتحلیل چهار دهه پژوهش در موضوع اشتغال زنان

اشتغال زنان یکی از حوزه‌های مهم مورد توجه در وضعیت اجتماعی آنان بوده است. اهتمام سطوح سیاست‌گذاری، اجرایی، قانون‌گذاری و نخبگانی به کم‌و‌کیف اشتغال زنان نشان‌دهنده این اهمیت است. در این مقاله، با فراتحلیل پژوهش‌های به‌عمل‌آمده شامل 8 پایان‌نامه، 87 کتاب، 132 مقاله علمی و پژوهشی و 13 گزارش پژوهشی از پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی کتابخانه ملی، ایران‌داک و نورمگز با جست‌وجوی کلید‌واژه «زن و اشتغال»، در بازه زمانی 1357 تا 1393، به نمایان‌سازی زوایای پنهان و آشکار مسئله اشتغال و سیر حرکتی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در بدنه علمی و دانشگاهی پرداختیم. غلبه رویکرد کمی در روش انجام پژوهش‌ها، توجه به نقش سطحی اشتغال زنان در توسعه، سطحی دیدن روند اشتغال، بی‌توجهی به کیفیت اشتغال، نگاه خرد در تبیین موانع اشتغال و... از اهم نتایج این پژوهش است. در‌حقیقت، سیر کلی پژوهش‌های صورت‌پذیرفته از یک نگاه ثابت و بدون تغییر در مسئله اشتغال زنان متاثر بوده و تغییر محتوایی و ساختاری مهمی در این حوزه شکل نگرفته است.

Employment of women: Metaanalysis of past four decade’s studiesSoheila Sadeghi Fassaei Atefeh Khademi The present article seeks to provide a metaanalysis of all studies in the field of women’s employment since the Islamic Revolution.Multiple researches in the different decade illustrate the importance of employment.The methodology for this literature review included a keyword search looking for “woman and employment”, using research reports from the National Library databases, Iran Doc and Normags In the period from 1357 to 1393 and 87 books, 8 thesis, 132 scholarly articles and 13 research reports were found. After a collection of recent articles was accumulated, reference lists were examined in order to uncover hidden aspects of employment and the movement of the Islamic Republic of Iran in scientific body. Studies suggest a consistent view and no change have been made in the field of theory. There is no content and important structural change that indicates the formation of a new theoretical space in this area. The spirit of the majority of the studies has been quantitative and increasing the presence of women in employment has been most concerned. Over the past 30 years, both in the scientific field and in the executive arena, changes in theoretical and practical steady employment of women are not evident.
