سبک زندگی سلامت محور و رضایتمندی زناشویی بین زنان متاهل شهر یزد

خانواده بین نهادهای اجتماعی اهمیت خاصی دارد. یکی از جوانب مهم یک نظام زناشویی، رضایتی است که همسران در ازدواج تجربه می‏کنند و عوامل گوناگونی همچون سبک زندگی بر نحوة ارتباط زوجین با یکدیگر تاثیر می‏گذارند. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطۀ سبک زندگی با رضایت از زندگی زناشویی بین زنان متاهل شهر یزد و ارائۀ راهکارهایی برای ارتقای رضایت‌مندی زنان از زندگی زناشویی است. روش پژوهش پیمایشی و جامعۀ آماری زنان متاهل شهر یزد است. تعداد نمونه براساس فرمول نمونه‏گیری کوکران 383 نفر مشخص شد و شیوۀ نمونه‌گیری به صورت خوشه‌ای متناسب است. تکنیک استفاده‌شده برای گردآوری‏ داده‌ها، پرسش‌نامه است که پایایی و اعتبار کافی دارد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‏دهد که میزان رضایت‌مندی زوجین از زندگی‌شان در حد متوسط و سبک زندگی پاسخ‌گویان سلامت‌محور است و بین سبک زندگی با رضایت از زندگی زناشویی رابطۀ معناداری وجود داشته است. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که ابعاد سلامت جسمانی، سلامت اجتماعی و سلامت روان‌شناختی سبک زندگی 2/51‌ درصد از تغییرات رضایت‌مندی زناشویی را تبیین می‏کنند.

The Relationship of Healthy Life Style with Marital life Satisfaction Among married women in Yazd

Family institution is very important among social institutions .One of the most important aspects of a marriage, the consent of the partners in the marriage experience. Various factors including lifestyle, the way couples communicate with each other and affect marital satisfaction. The aims of present research are study of the relationship between life Style with marital life satisfactionmong married women in Yazd and present the solutions for improving it.The method of this research was survey and population study was married women in Yazd in the year of 1393 and the sle size according cochrun,s formula became 383 women. The style of sling was cluster sle and the technique of gathering data was questionnaire with suitable validity and reliability. Results showed the amount of satisfaction was average and women,s Life style is healchy and had meaningful relationship with matital life Satisfaction.Regression analysis showed that the dimensions of phisical health, social health and psychological health explained 51/2 precent of dependent variable.
