تبارشناسی سوژۀ زن شهروند مقارن مشروطه

مقارن مشروطه، در فضای آزادی‌خواهانۀ نشریات ایران، مفهومی بی‌سابقه موسوم به «زن به‌مثابۀ شهروند» شکل گرفت که با مختصات زن سنتی ذیل سایه ی مرد تعریف شده بود، در تضاد بود، این پژوهش که در حوزۀ مطالعات زنان جای می‌گیرد، با رویکردی انتقادی و با تکیه بر اندیشه‌های تبارشناسانۀ میشل فوکو بر این پرسش تمرکز دارد که در گسل سنت مدرنیته چگونه هویتی موسوم به «زن ضعیفه» که اغلب ابژۀ جهان مردان بود، در مقام «زن شهروند» همدوش مردان ظاهر شد. در این مسیر به کمک بایگانی‌پژوهی و تمرکز بر اسناد آرشیوی، تاثیر پیوستن ایران به معاهدۀ منع برده‌داری بروکسل 1890م/ 1308ه.ق بر شکل‌گیری سوژۀ زن آزادی‌خواه، مدّ نظر است. بر این مبنا براساس اسناد آرشیوی پروندۀ «ابوالقاسم نیل‌فروش» مطالعه شد سپس با بهره‌گیری از تبارشناسی فوکویی طی ده گام این دگردیسی مورد تامل قرار گرفت. حاصل جست‌وجو اینکه پذیرش ممنوعیت نگهداری کنیز و برده در ایران، نخستین سنگر سنت بود که مدرنیته فتح کرد و اگرچه به‌دشواری، اما توانست زمینه‌های شکل‌گیری آزادی زنان و سوژۀ زن شهروند را مهیا کند، از این منظر عصر مشروطه عصر استقرار و پذیرش همگانی منع برده‌داری و پیروزی اخلاق مدرن بر احکام سنتی است.

Genealogy of the Female – a Citizen Contemporaneous with Constitution

AbstractConcurrent with the Consitutional Revolution, in the liberal atmosphere of Iranian publications, an unprecedented concept called woman as citizen was formed. It contradicted the characteristics of a traditional definition of woman as being a shadow of a man (patriarchal system). This study, being in the field of women's studies, focuses critically on Michel Foucault's genealogical ideas and deals with how in the fault of traditionmodernity the term weakwoman, a patriarchal concept, coincided with womancitizen, which implies equality of men and women. In this context, supported by archival research and an emphasis on archival documents, the effect of Iran's accession to the Brussels Prohibition of Slavery in 1890 on the formation of the subject of the womanliberty is considered. On this basis, the archival documents Abolghasem Nilforosh has been studied. Afterwards, using Foucault's genealogy, metamorphosis of this subject has been considered in ten steps. The result of the search is that the acceptance of the ban on slavery in Iran has been the first stronghold of tradition, conquered by modernity and, difficult as it was, it managed to pave the way for the formation of women's freedom along with the subject of womancitizen. From this perspective, the Constitution era becomes the era of establishment and universal acceptance of the prohibition of slavery as well as the victory of modern morality over traditional rules.
