مقایسۀ ابعاد ذهنی و عینی زیباسازی بدن در سه نسل زنان شهر اراک

بررسی تغییراتی که در ادراک و عملکرد نسل‌های مختلف از زیبایی بدن رخ داده است بر این فرض استوار است که نسل‌های مختلف با سپری‌کردن تحولات متفاوت اجتماعی، تجارب متفاوتی از منظر ارزش‌ها، هنجارها و عملکرد زیبایی دارند. بر این مبنا، این پژوهش با هدف مطالعه تحولات عینی و ذهنی زیبایی بین سه نسل زنان در شهر اراک به انجام رسیده است. چارچوب نظری پژوهش بر‌اساس تلفیق نظریه‌های بوردیو، گیدنز، اینگلهارت و فمنیسم تدوین شده است. روش پژوهش، پیمایش مقطعی و علّی‌ تبیینی است. نمونه از بین سه نسل اخیر زنان شهر اراک (گروه‌های سنی بین 1968) مطابق فرمول کوکران 383 نفر محاسبه شد؛ اما برای اطمینان از افت نمونه پرسش‌نامه بین 390 نفر توزیع شد. نتایج پژوهش شواهدی از «تمایز نسلی در عینیت و همگرایی نسلی در ذهنیت زیبایی» در اختیار ما قرار می‌دهد که بر‌اساس آن هرچند در نوع خودپنداره بدنی و میزان تمایل به زیباسازی بدن تفاوت معناداری بین نسل‌های جوان، میان‌سال و مسن مشاهده نمی‌شود، در نمود و اقدام عملی برای زیباسازی بدن، که در قالب مدیریت بدن خود را نشان می‌دهد، بین نسل‌های سه‌گانه تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد.

Comparing Subjective and Objective Dimensions of Body Contouring among Three generations of Women in Arak City Abstract The study of changes occurred in perception and performance of different generations is based on the assumption that, through experiencing different social revolutions, different generations have different experiences of beauty values, norms and performance. Based on this, the present research was carried out to study subjective and objective revolutions of beauty among three generations of women in Arak city. Theoretical framework of the research is developed based on theories by Bourdieu, Giddens, Inglehart, and feminism. The research methods were crosssectional survey and causalexplanatory. The sample was calculated as 383 from three recent generations of women in Arak city (age groups 1968) based on Cochran formula; but, to consider sample loss, the questionnaire copies were distributed among 390 women. The results showed “intergenerational distinctions in beauty’s objectivity and intergenerational congruence in beauty’s subjectivity” based on which we see that even if there are no significant differences among young, middleaged, and old generations regarding physical selfconcept but there are significant differences among these three generations regarding manifestation of and attempt to body contouring which appears as body management.
