نقش تغییر موضوع و نقض اصول گرایس توسط متهم در بازجویی‌ها:مطالعه موردی در آگاهی تهران بزرگ

 زبان پدیده‌ای اجتماعی است که از متغیرهای مختلفی از جمله جنسیت تاثیر می‌پذیرد. در جوامع مختلف جنسیت‌زدگی زبان به دو صورت صریح و ضمنی سبب فرودستی یکی از دو جنس (معمولاً زنان) می‌شود.این پژوهش به بررسی وجود یا عدم وجود جنسیت‌زدگی در مطبوعات اجتماعی ایران و در صورت وجود جنسیت‌زدگی، به تشخیص صریح یا ضمنی بودن آن می‌پردازد. برای رسیدن به این اهداف از چهار مجله پرتیراژ خانوادگی (خانواده سبز، روزهای زندگی، خانه سبز و فضیلت خانواده) شصت داستان به روش تصادفی انتخاب و مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. متن این داستان‌ها از نظر شیوه بازنمایی اسامی، شخصیت‌ها، ویژگی‌های عاطفی و شخصیتی و چگونگی واکنش آنها در برابر فشارهای اجتماعی و نیز صفات، اشارات و کنایات به کار رفته برای زنان و مردان با شیوه‌ی تحلیل محتوا بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد که زبان داستان‌های بررسی شده از نظر شیوه بازنمایی اسامی و شخصیت زنان و مردان جنسیت‌زده نبود اما در زمینه مولفه‌های دیگر به هر دو شکل صریح و ضمنی جنسیت‌زده بود.

Role of Topic Shift and Violence of Grice Principles in Interrogation: Forensic Linguistics NegarMomeni[1] CyrousAzizi[2]Received:2011/02/04 Accepted:2015/04/06 Abstract Forensic linguistics is a new interdisciplinary branch of applied linguistics and law which utilizes language and linguistic evidence to analyze spoken and written texts technically. It helps police and judges to uncover the truth in lawsuits or proves the occurrence or nonoccurrence of a crime in criminal cases in the courts. Discourse analysis is feasible using several tools and principles, including Grice cooperative principles”. This study aims to show the role of changing the subject and violation of Grice cooperative principles in interrogations. That is, the accused seeks to prolong the duration of the investigation or provide incomplete information to the interrogator officer which consistently violates these strategies. On the other hand, the legal context and power relations do not allow the accused to change the subject according to his own desire or give irrelevant answers constantly. If this happens, it can be concluded that the accused tried to mislead the interrogator in linguistic terms. This research is a fieldwork study. After tens of observations of interrogations recorded in Tehran Police Bureau, the real sles were selected, classified and studied. The authors seek to introduce these principles and demonstrate their use in interrogations. Key words: forensic linguistics, interrogation, legal context, power relations
