چکیده
|
Using the paper of al-suwailem (2016),this paper explains the basic concepts that may influence price differential between two types of a commodity and the sharī'ah rule for that. while the distinction drawn by al- al-suwailem between the necessary and the luxurious part in the same commodity is quite insightful,i have argued that the mathematical derivations and the results emerging from them need to be reconsidered.
