چکیده
|
The low-lying energy levels of a two electron quantum dotare calculated. we solve the relative part hamiltonian of the quantumdot presented in a magnetic field of arbitrary strength using shifted1/n expansion method. the dependence of the singlet-triplet energygap (j) on the strength of the magnetic field has been displayed.based on comparisons, the shifted method gives very good resultsagainst exact and variation methods.
