|
There is a theoretical and experimental evidence that fourier analysis is a powerful tool for tackling image processing problems. its usefulness has been proven through its successful application in several fields. this paper describes the application of a new fourierdescriptor for outlining geographical profiles to be used in reconstruction and recognition.
