   Noval 1-substituted-3,5-dimethyl-4-[(substituted phenyl) diazenyl] pyrazole derivatives: Synthesis and pharmacological activity

چکیده    Several-1-carbothioamide-3,5-dimethyl-4-[(substituted phenyl) diazenyl] pyrazoles 2a-d,1-(pyridine-4-ylcarbonyl)-3,5-dimethyl-4-[(substituted phenyl) diazenyl] pyrazoles 3a-d,1-(5-chloro-6-fluoro-1,3-benzothiazole-2-yl)thiocarbamoyl-3,5-dimethyl-4-[(substituted phenyl) diazenyl] pyrazoles 4a-d and 1-[(1,2,4-triazole-4-yl) carbothioamide]-3,5-dimethyl-4-[(substituted phenyl) diazenyl] pyrazoles 5a-d were synthesized. the structures of the newly synthesized compounds were supported by ir,1h nmr and mass spectral data. these compounds were investigated for their,anti-inflammatory,analgesic,ulcerogenic,lipid peroxidation,antibacterial and antifungal activities. some of the synthesized compounds showed potent anti-inflammatory activity along with minimal ulcerogenic effect and lipid peroxidation,compared to ibuprofen and flurbiprofen. some of the tested compounds also showed moderate antimicrobial activity against tested bacterial and fungal strains. © 2012.
