   A REFINED X-RAY CRYSTAL STRUCTURE OF: SILVER NITRATE HEXAMETHYLENETETRAMINE

چکیده    The crystal structure of ag no3c6h12n4 prepared by the reaction of ag(nh3)3no3 and h2co was solvedin the non-centro symmetric space group p21.cn. the crystal system is orthorhombic: the unit celldimensions are, a = 6.52(5), α = 90,b= 10.227(11), ß = 90; c = 13.804(17), ƴ = 90°. d = 2.214 mgm^-3and z = 4. the structure was refined by a full-matrix least square on f2 to a final r = 0.0264 for 894independent reflections measured on an automatic diffractometer. the structure is similar to that reported[4]. however the space group p21cn appears to model the low temperature data more accurately
