چکیده
|
In continuation of our interest in the literature survey of natural phenolics and in work on the chemical constituents of leguminous plants, we present herein a survey of flavonoids and isoflavonoids from plantsof the genus tephrosia (leguminosae). thus, all flavanones, flavones, isoflavones, rotenoids,pterocarpans and chalcones isolated from tephrosia species are reviewed in respect of their structures,botanical source. further, aspects of the biological activities of tephrosia extracts are briefly mentioned.
