چکیده
|
Elemental composition of honey varies widely depending on plant, bee, and other environmental factors.in this work, locally produced along with imported honey samples were analyzed for their elemental composition using icp-ms technique. the elements mg, k, ca, v, cr, mn, ni, co, cu, zn, rb, sr, cs,ba, pb, hg, and u were determined. comparisons between local and imported honey samples in terms of elemental concentrations were drawn.
