اولویت‌های دیپلماسی اقتصادی هند و تاثیر آن بر روابط اقتصادی ایران و هند

تلاش هند برای تبدیل‌شدن به یک قدرت اقتصادی توسعه‌یافته در سطح جهانی باعث شده تا هند رویکرد فعالی در دیپلماسی اقتصادی خود اتخاذ کند؛ زیرا تداومِ‌بخشی از رشد و توسعۀ اقتصادی هند به دیپلماسی اقتصادی آن وابسته است؛ بنابراین هند نیازمند است تا اولویت‌های مشخصی برای دیپلماسی اقتصادی خود تعریف کند. مقالۀ حاضر به بررسی اولویت‌های دیپلماسی اقتصادی هند در راستای تداوم توسعۀ اقتصادی هند می‌پردازند و اینکه این اولویت‌ها چه تاثیری بر روابط اقتصادی هند با ایران دارند. روش پژوهش مورد استفاده در این تحقیق از نوع توصیفی-تحلیلی و گردآوری داده‌ها به‌صورت اسنادی است. چارچوب مفهومی به‌کاررفته در این پژوهش دیپلماسی اقتصادی است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که مهم‌ترین اولویت‌های دیپلماسی اقتصادی هند، تامین امنیت انرژی، تسهیل جریان کالا و خدمات، جذب سرمایه‌گذاری مستقیم خارجی و ارتباط و استفاده از نیروی کار هندی مقیم خارج از کشور است و هند برای تحقق بعضی از این اولویت‌ها ازجمله تامین امنیت انرژی و افزایش تجارت و تسهیل ترانزیت کالا به همکاری با ایران نیازمند است.

India’s Priorities in Economic Diplomacy and Its Effect on Economic Relations with Iran

India’s quest to become a worldclass developed economic power has enabled India to take an active approach in its economic diplomacy, as part of India’s continued economic growth and development depends on its economic diplomacy. So India needs to set clear priorities for its economic diplomacy. This paper examines the priorities of India’s economic diplomacy in order to sustain India’s economic development and how these priorities have an impact on India’s economic relations with Iran. The research method used in this study is descriptiveanalytical and data gathering is documentary. The conceptual framework used in this research is economic diplomacy. The results show that India’s most important economic diplomacy priorities are energy security, facilitation of flow of goods and services, attracting foreign direct investment and communication and utilization of overseas Indian labor force, and India to fulfill some of these priorities including Energy security and increased trade and facilitating transit of goods require cooperation with Iran.
