بررسی آلودگی به انگل چشمی دیپلوستوموم اسپاتاسئوم در ماهیان سد شهید کاظمی بوکان، استان آذربایجان غربی

بیماری های انگلی در سیستم های طبیعی و پرورشی ماهی همواره مشکلات فراوانی را برای صاحبان مزارع به همراه داشته است. یکی از شایع ترین بیماری های انگلی در ماهیان آلودگی به انگل چشمی دیپلوستوموم اسپاتاسئوم در منابع طبیعی و مزارع پرورش می باشد. این انگل جزو انگل‌های دو‌میزبانه بوده و چرخه‌زندگی پیچیده‌ای داشته و در ماهیان آب‌های شیرین در سراسر دنیا بسیار شایع می باشد. شکل عفونی و بیماریزای این انگل با آلوده کردن چشم ماهیان ایجاد آب مروارید می‌کند که بعد از بروز بیماری مشکلات متعددی را برای ماهیان ایجاد می‌کند. در این بررسی آلودگی به متاسرکر انگل دیپلوستوموم اسپاتاسئوم 60 نمونه از ماهیان صید شده از دریاچه سد بوکان استان آذربایجان غربی از بهار تا زمستان 1400 مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که 43/3 درصد ماهیان (26 ماهی) به این انگل آلوده بودند که این حاکی از آلودگی بالای ماهیان این منبع آبی دارد. میانگین شدت آلودگی در ماهیان 1/56±9/47 بوده و تعداد متاسرکر انگل در چشم ماهیان بین 14-1 عدد بود. از لحاظ آماری بین شدت آلودگی دیپلوستوموم اسپاتاسئوم درفصول مختلف سال ارتباط معنی داری مشاهده گردید(p<0.05) و مقایسه فصول نشان داد که بیشترین میزان آلودگی با 73/3 درصد آلودگی در فصل تابستان و کمترین میزان با 3/3 درصد در زمستان بود.

investigating eye parasite infection, diplostomum spathaceum in fish of shahid kazemi dam in bukan, west azarbijan province

parasitic diseases in natural and cultured fish systems have always brought many problems to farm owners. one of the most common parasitic diseases in fish is eye parasite infection diplostomum spathaceum in natural resources and breeding farms. this parasite is digenean parasite that has a complex life cycle and distributed in fresh-water fish around the world. the infectious and pathogenic form of this parasite causes cataract by infecting the eye of fish, which cause many problems for fish after the disease occur. in this investigation, the infection with the parasite diplostomum spathaceum in 60 samples of fish caught from bukan dam in the west azarbijan province from spring to winter of 1400 was studied. the results showed that 43.3% of the fish (26) were infected with this parasite, which indicates that the fish in this water source are highly infected. the average intensity of infection in fish was 9.47±1.56 and the number of parasite metacercaria in the eyes of fish was between 1-14. statistically, a significant relationship was observed between the severity of d.spathaceumcontamination in different seasons of the year (p<0.05) and the comparison of seasons showed that the highest contamination rate was 73.3% in summer and the lowest was 3.3% in winter.
