نقد ترجمۀ عربی عادل عبد المنعم سویلم از رمان «مدیر مدرسه» در پرتوی نظریۀ وینه و داربلینه

تحلیل و بررسی کیفیت ترجمه از دیرباز مورد توجه بوده است. برای نقد ترجمۀ متون از عربی به فارسی و برعکس شیوه‌های مختلفی از سوی نظریه‌پردازان و زبان‌شناسان مطرح شده است. یکی از روش‌های ارائه شده در حوزۀ نقد ترجمه، مدل وینه و داربلینه است. در این جستار به‌دنبال ارزیابی چگونگی ترجمۀ عادل عبدالمنعم سویلم براساس مدل وینه و داربلینه بودیم و اینکه کدام‌یک از مولفه‌های این نظریه در این ترجمه بیشتر به‌کار رفته است. بر این اساس با استفاده از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و با آمارگیری، بخشی از ترجمۀ عربی عادل عبدالمنعم سویلم از رمان مدیر مدرسه اثر جلال آل‌احمد با تکیه بر مدل وینه و داربلینه مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و کیفیت و روش تعریب این رمان توسط مترجم شد. نتیجه نشان داد مترجم در ترجمۀ نمونه‌های انتخابی بیشتر به عناصر زبان مقصد توجه داشته است. همچنین در برخی از موارد از انتقال پیام و محتوای زبان اصلی به زبان مقصد چشم‌پوشی کرده و متکی به ترجمۀ مستقیم و لغوی شده که این امر ممکن است ناشی از شناخت ناکافی مترجم از برخی مولفه‌های فرهنگی‌ و پایه‌های اساسی زبان مبدا باشد.

Critique of a Part of Adel Abdel Moneim Suleim’s Arabic Translation of the Novel School Principal in the Light of Vinay and Darbelnet

Analysis and investigation of translation quality have long been taken into consideration. Various methods have been proposed by theorists and linguists to critique the translation of texts from Arabic into Persian and vice versa. One of the methods presented in the field of translation criticism is Vinay and Darbelnet’s model. This article raises two questions: How is the translation of Adel Abdel Moneim Suleim evaluated based on the Vinay and Darbelnet model, and which of the components of Vinay and Darbelnet is most used in the translation? In this research, using a descriptiveanalytical method, a part of Adel Abdel Moneim Suleim’s Arabic translation of Jalal AlAhmad’s School Principal novel is examined based on the Vinay and Darbelnet model, and the quality and method of interpretation of this novel are evaluated by the translator. The result shows that the translator paid more attention to the elements of the target language in translating the selected samples. Also, in some cases, the translator ignores the transmission of the message and content of the original language to the target language and relies on direct and lexical translation, which may be due to the translator’s insufficient knowledge of some cultural components and the basic foundations of the source language.
